The Submissive Bad Boy
Paul moves into the neighbourhood and meets a really annoying neighbour by the name of Brad. It turns out, Paul is not the only one who’s hating on Brad. Other residents in the community hate Brad, too.
Brad seems to think that he can get away with anything just because his father is the assistant district attorney. Fortunately, things are about to turn in Paul’s favor when Brad turns 18.
Paul’s surveillance footage captures Brad trespassing in his home. Not one to pass up this golden opportunity, Paul shows the footage to Brad and blackmails him.
Paul agrees not to leak the footage in one condition: Brad is going to be his personal slave. Brad is mortified. But as his punishment continues, Brad discovers that humiliation may not be all that bad.

On the day Paul moved in, and frequently thereafter, he kept bumping into this young guy from a few houses away. He was fourteen or fifteen, drop dead gorgeous – no, better than that – but so fucking cocky and arrogant. Every time Paul saw him, he wanted to smack him one. Paul heard he was the neighbourhood nemesis. His father was the assistant D.A. and every time he was arrested for burglary or breaking and entering, his father got him off with fines or community service.
Four years after he moved in, the neighbourhood nemesis made it to eighteen and everyone rubbed their hands together.
“Automatic,” Paul’s neighbour said. “It doesn’t matter how many strings his father pulls now, he is a three-strikes-and-you’re-out candidate. He’ll go away for a minimum of two years if he commits another crime, however minor.”
Soon after that, Paul recorded a documentary about a young guy’s life in prison. His two year stint turned into six months because he hung himself. He was gang raped every day and sucked more cock than a male prostitute would in a lifetime.
Paul came home from work one day after that to find his house full of police, checking for fingerprints, particularly round the broken glass in the patio door. He just knew it was his neighbourhood drop dead gorgeous arrogant little shit.

“If my tape gets to the police, you will go down to an adult jail for two years minimum regardless of your father’s position. Three strikes, Brad, you are in for multiple rape every day for two years. Reckon you can take it?”
“What do you want to lose that tape?”
“I want a slave for half a day every week until I get tired of him.

I wish that this book could have been much longer. I didn't know what to expect, but Dexter Chase didn't let me down. Although I didn't like the use of the f word so much. I have it four star because of that and used white out. It's just too offensive and word of cruelty. The rest was red hot.

The deal is that Brad becomes Paul's sex toy for the summer. He also has to do things for the neighbors for what he did to them as well over the years.
Brad is not liking it at all at first and he doesn't want to do it. Paul is blackmailing him with a tape of what Brad had done to his place. Brad learns quick not to disobey though.
Paul and Brad continue with their deal but they are both falling for each other. By the time Brad is ready to go off to college they are together. I wish there was more in another book with these two.
