The first 20 pages, you get the gist of the book. It was a little frustrating to see, Joseph F Smith said, or George Q Cannon said, only to be followed by a third hand account retold years later. The argument is interesting and persuasive at times, but ultimately I left unconvinced with its overall argument. Nice look into what has become the fundamentalist movement.
