This is a great little book. The chapters are short and loaded with reflection questions for the reader. Use this book either alone with your journal so that you may write and reflect or with a small group reading a few chapters at a time sharing in conversation.
I appreciate Michael Rinehart's honesty about the peaks and valleys in his own prayer life.
This book is both deep and accessible.
