A fun, fast, light-hearted read about embracing your inner pirate and navigating your work environment. I was surprised and delighted to find so many wise gems in this charming little book which apply well beyond the workplace.

A fun way to look at timeless effective leadership principles delivered through the lens of a (decent) pirate's life. There is something about the way it is written which put me in a good mood every time I read a portion of it. Easy to read, easy to understand - consider this book for a department-wide reading project as it is so engaging yet not too laborious for those who resist reading tomes.
