After unexpected circumstances throw Clover Dixon into a wheelchair, xyr parents encourage them to still follow xyr dream of going to college in England.
Xe encounters some unforeseen problems that lead xem to Kaid Booth, a charming young man who happens to be at the right place at the right time.
When xyr starts college, xe also meets a wonderful girl, Zahra Glenn, who begins to become more important than xe thought was possible.
I enjoyed every single second of this book! As a wheelchair user myself with a neurological disorder, Clover was a bit too relatable, especially the whole being hospitalized on their birthday bit. I loved the friendship and relationship dynamics in this book, and while I struggled through the beginning of this book, the author noticeably got into their groove throughout, which I loved. It was more YA than I expected, which isn't typically my cup of tea, so this book worked hard to earn this five star review! Definitely give it a shot, even if you're not typically a YA fan!!
