This engaging picture book poses difficult questions and choices about sharks. Readers must choose whether they'd rather have a certain species as a family member or which shark they would prefer to resemble or which teeth they'd like to have. For each scenario, they are given four choices, and then, on the following pages, they can see for themselves what life might be like if that's what happened. There is no doubt that young readers will enjoy trying to make a decision about which shark is best for them while also learning interesting tidbits about sharks. Since all of the choices are equally unappealing, it's fun to consider the possibilities of a mouth with hundreds of tiny teeth.

I received this as a first read. This a very cute book. I love the illustrations in this book. I also think little ones would love the funny premise of what type of shark would you like as a family member. Also some great facts about sharks.
