One of the best edited collections (and one with a clear, but interesting theme) that I've read on writing centers. Several interesting insights and suggestions about navigating the relationship between centers themselves and other campus jurisdictions, departments, and offices. And several smart ruminations on the potential advantages and drawbacks of being (or not) in the "margins."
