Very thorough treatment of the topic in an easy to understand format. All aspects of fishing are covered - from historical aspects of the sport, to the evolution of equipment, to determining gender of common game species. Very informative for both the novice fisherman and the experienced angler.

An excellent all-around guide to the sport of fishing.

Like other Dorling Kindersley books, it is beautifully illustrated.
