This eBook contains a series of conversations with Lorraine Warren. The first story is about their visit to the Ocean Born Mary house and the first time Ed Warren recognized Lorraine’s talent was a medium. The Warren’s are the first to tell you the Ouija Board is not a game. The second story is a about Ed and Lorraine’s worst Ouija board case. Curses are real and the line between white magic and black magic is very thin. Lorraine addresses a very simple way a person innocently gets involved in black magic. The last story is my favorite. It’s about how Lorraine rehabs a rooster that was attacked by a fox and left for dead. If you thought Lorraine Warren was all about ghost hunting, think again. She spent many months working with a seriously injured rooster before she got a wonderful payoff.
Not a lot to say about this book. I think the way it's written is bad. No detail and really simple. Read it in 10 mins. The stories are great but they could have been more details in them
I got interested in the Warren's after watching the Conjuring. I have had a few paranormal experiences and it drew me to them. They really care about people. And animals as this story reads.
Interview style was nice but the subjects seemed vague. Also, the rooster were the largest interview section...out of all of the tales these were lacking
You have to be a fan of this subject and have read widely or experienced it first hand to appreciate the seriousness of the matter. I tick all three so it comes with great understanding beforehand. Therefore, I enjoyed this book greatly.
An interview with Lorraine Warren perhaps the most Experienced, Living, Paranormal Investigator
I enjoyed the way Lorraine answered the questions posed to her, including her early experiences with her own clairvoyant abilities. The interview that reveals Lorraine Warren's character best has nothing to do with the paranormal. I would have preferred to read about more of her personality and character in this book. The flow is disrupted by combining professional and personal questions.
This was very very bad. You expect something great and it's just like a sentence from Mrs. Lorraine Warren about a subject and they are not complete answers. The most written about story is about a rooster and when that she adopted as in-home pets, having nothing to do with we know about Lorraine Warren unless you want to read about her pet rooster that is.
I loved getting to know Lorraine Warren. This book is not really so much about the paranormal as it is about her...and how she came to be involved in the paranormal ... not a biography ... just nice tidbits of her life.
Lorraine Warren is such a wonderful person with a beautiful soul. The conversations in this book reflect that whole heartedly and it was an uplifting joy to read.
