Heather and Matthew are going to quite the party. One that will open some doors and spin them into uncharted fresh waters. It's a new awakening that fills their desire. Nick and they are about to find this new relationship enticing. I enjoyed this short and sweet romance story.

Married couple Matthew and Heather are at Nick’s annual Christmas party, dressed in rather risqué costumes for the occasion. The guys have been best friends since college and the three of them hang out regularly. But things feel different tonight, with more flesh on show, and they’re all feeling more affected by each other than usual. A game of spin the bottle leads to Matthew and Nick sharing a kiss, igniting a desire in them to explore feelings which they’ve both pushed down over the years. When Heather sees their connection, she wants them to give in to their desires and she wants to be part of it too. Once they’re alone together, the boundaries that Matthew and Nick have held are dismantled in a night of passion, exploration and unconditional support. This is a short festive treat full of longing, steam and satisfaction.

“The Christmas We Included His Best Friend” is an MMF Christmastime story written by Lola Rivers. This story revolves around married couple Heather and Matthew and Matthew’s best friend Nick. A spin the bottle kiss prompts these three to reevaluate their relationship. The story dives right in with the Christmas party and takes off from there. The characters were all likable and there was obvious chemistry between them, two things I like in this type of story. The “bi-awakening” angle was handled quite well. There was lots of steam, passion, and tangled bodies. The story is written well and doesn’t take long to read. The author included a section on the long term aftermath of this threesome’s hookup, which I’m glad she included. It gives the reader a happy ever after feeling. Recommended for those who enjoy this genre.

After a particularly intense game of Spin the Bottle at best friend Nick’s Christmas party, Matthew and Heather find themselves in Nick’s bed celebrating the season in a manner that’s not about gifts but includes plenty of giving and receiving.

Another great Lola Rivers MMF threesome story. The way Heather not only supports Matthew’s exploration with Nick, but is also totally into it herself make this a reality hot and satisfying read. Heat, heart, and HEA—I’m hooked.

I fell in love with this! It was raunchy funny sexy smutty. Heather Matthew and Nick are like my new favorite trio. From the beginning you felt their chemistry. You are craving the Nick and Matthew hookup. You love that Heather loves both men. You are just in love. You want to be in this trio. I had the best time reading this. It was quick and sexy. Loved it.
