Solid but not amazing.

Just like book 1, this one was good, but didn't know me away. I think it's the same issue, in that it feels like a lack of innovation. But since this is a re-release it was pretty neat and shiny when it first came out. Still, it was enjoyable for the competent main character, and the world has potential. Also the magic system is interesting as well. I still have a little issue with how most people just hand waive 9 to 11 year old boy acting and talking the way Arthur does away. But maybe I'm being overly critical? Either way, will be continuing the series.
