Quirky book about a woman in her 50s who decides to live alone in a small cabin on an island in the Puget Sound in Washington state. Ms. Murchie has an exceptional sense of humor. There were many times I was laughing out loud. Her down-to-earth views about life and the problems of becoming a hermit make her book a light, fun read.
