A Piece of Professional Guidance Indeed!!!

I have read three books on the subject of healing back pain - and I was really disappointed. But this book is a clear departure from the gibberish on which I wasted my time in the past. Here you find real professional guidance, sensible explanations of causes of back pain, as well as practical advice from a practitioner of many years of work experience. Even non-medical people like me can easily discern with sheer common sense that the author knows what he writing about. I gladly recommend this book to anyone who seeks healing of back pain or simplify desires knowledge that could help her/him avert such ailments.

I found this book very practical. Dr. Guevara makes it easy to understand what's causing your pain and then teaches you what exercises to use to correct your problem. I recommend it to anyone with neck or back pain.
