Full Disclosure: I am part of the team at Marlee who supported this books completion; however, I wasn’t involved in the actual writing of the book.

I think the book is beautifully written, and my sister one of the advanced readers also thought it was deeply insightful.

Without going into details to avoid spoilers, this book made me feel hopeful about the future as one of a gen z. Pairing the insights with Marlee data is something I have already begun to do and I am sure many people will find it deeply meaningful.

While this book will likely be most helpful for Gen z, leaders and those who want to support Gen z will likely also take a way lots of a value as the book repeatedly shared research insights in a way that makes them applicable.

Would definitely recommend a read as I know how hard my team worked to make this book - and they want it to have a positive impact on those that read it.

Such an interesting book. As a Gen X reader, I really appreciated how it bridges the gap between generations while staying deeply relevant to what Gen Z is experiencing at work. It’s a clear, upbeat guide that blends research, real stories, and practical coaching exercises without ever feeling heavy. I especially enjoyed the focus on energy, purpose. A surprisingly relatable and motivating read, even if you’re not Gen Z yourself.

This book is a must read! It is relatable, reflective and motivating. The book provides a step by step guide to the work force in a way that empowers and motivates Gen Z’s. It gave general advice that was actually helpful and applicable allowing me to tap into who I really am. I loved the questions that made me pause and reflect allowing me to really think about my future. I absolutely recommend this book not only to Gen Z’s but to anyone who needs guidance in the work force.
