The best gallery book of Gustave Dore I've ever seen, over 600 pages. It doesn't have all my favourites, so a few more Dore books might be in order but this one is spectacular. Must be amazing to behold for anyone new to his work.

It seems like newer versions of this book cut out over 200 pages, why?
