This book is more of an overview of what bikini competitions are about and suitable diets to follow while preparing for the competition. A very good starting point for those who are curious or just starting on their way in the competitions.
The recipe section is very brief however with only about six recipes given per diet type so quite a let down. This book really does not live up to the Ultimate part of it's name. A taster is more like it.
SO here is the thing, I am pretty lazy I eat healthy and do yoga. So I am overall pretty small because I am petite and I eat vegetarian 90% of the time.
So when I ran into a friend from high school the other day and was shocked at the sheer transformation she has overcome I had to know what she was doing, she was incredibly obese to now a knock out that looked AMAZING.
So me being me I asked what is she doing?

wait whaa????
I didn't even realize this was a thing so imagine my surprise when I learned this is a thing, but quite popular.
So now I am obsessed and I am going to read anything I can about this. I mean I am obsessed, am I going to enter one. Not today, but it is like I must know more about this. That being said this is the first book I have read and it was exactly what i needed to learn what the competition is like, plus the recipes actually sound yummy
Interesting and informative. I thought the information was pertinent to competitors and women who just want a great bikini body. The recipes look simple and delicious! Can't wait to try some of them!
