Telling Secrets: This is my Journey

Rate this book
I am not a fake, my name really is Lucille Ball, my parents named me this at birth. I may not be the actress, but this is my name. I also have this noted in the beginning of my books.

I have fixed my errors in 'Telling Secrets' and 'Who Will Share Your Love' and I apologize for that. I am a new writer with a story of my life to tell. I do not believe my life is ordinary and have been told by many to write a book. I am sorry for the errors and hope you appreciate my story. Thank you.

I am Lucille Ball. This name has been appropriate for me and I have carried it proudly. However, I am not the well-known actress. My name has made a difference in some situations. Growing up I had a wonderful childhood. Then my father died, my life changed drastically. I married 4 times, my men I could never keep. The journey they took me on had so many twists and turns, you can say even chaotic. I have traveled extensively to foreign countries. I was looking for love in all the wrong places. I am sure you will find in my book a lot of love, romance, adventure, travel, drama, pain and heartbreak. This is my life and my story.

Dumb

Sorry, but there was no other one word description more appropriate than "dumb" to adequately describe this book. Firstly, the author is not the actress, Lucille Ball. This short biographical book tells the life story of a rather ordinary woman who's promiscuity wins her a torrid love affair with a doctor and a trip to Egypt with a man from Saudi Arabia. There's no depth to the storyline. The book reads like it was written by a fifth grader. Grammatical errors and misspelled words are abundant.

Cute.

It is a fun loving story about a young woman, not what you expect. But it's a quick little read.
