About the author

Jeffrey J. Haas is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law, and corporate and business law. Haas teaches courses in securities regulation, business organizations/corporations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, mutual fund regulation and contracts. Prior to joining the faculty at New York Law School in 1996, he practiced corporate and securities law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Latham & Watkins.
