A deliciously dark and spicy why-choose Aladdin re-telling
Princess Yalina was born to rule, but to claim her throne, she must marry to cement her kingdom’s standing with its powerful neighbours. Caught between duty and her desire for freedom, she escapes the palace for one forbidden night of passion, only to awaken something inside herself she can’t deny.
Now she must somehow choose between the three who would claim her—or be claimed by
Kaelun, the darkling street thief, one with the shadows, always one jump away from disaster. Charming and reckless, he’ll do anything she commands, but does that include sharing?
Jah’ruud, the ancient wish spirit bound to Kaelun, but longing for freedom. Clever, seductive, all that leashed power ready to break free.
Prince Arelion, the possessive dragon shifter who scents Yalina and knows she belongs to him. He will stop at nothing to get what he wants.
Can Yalina tame her monsters before they destroy each other and her kingdom? And why should she choose just one when her heart calls her to claim all three?

💜 “We are lucky to be yours.” ~~~ Yalina is one strong and fierce princess! I really liked how much she cared about her people and their well-being. Even more, I loved her spirited personality and that she never hesitated to stand her ground, preferences and choices. And she’s quite bold and adventurous, too. Yalina is an amazing woman and I loved her so, so much!
And then, there are the three gorgeous and absolutely irresistible males! Kaelun - the cheeky, a bit reckless and always getting into trouble thief. Arelion - the arrogant, possessive and, yet, charming dragon shifter prince from a neighbouring kingdom. And Jah’ruud - the clever, thoughtful and delightfully dominant wish spirit, who’s been trapped in a lamp for hundreds of years. The three were so different personality-wise, but I loved that they also had a lot in common - they were all determined, fiercely protective and willing to do everything to make Yalina happy. Jah’ruud, Kaelun and Arelion are spectacular males and I adored every single thing about them!
I absolutely loved everything that happened between Yalina, Kaelun, Arelion and Jah’ruud! The chemistry between the four was incredible from the very beginning. And I loved the tension, the fierce banters and the bickering. Even more, I absolutely loved the relationship they built. And the spice… Oh, it was SPICING (especially when some MM action was added to the mix) and I couldn’t get enough of all the naughty delight. And the best part? In the end, to save her people, Yalina didn’t have to choose and got herself three fierce, powerful and gorgeous males, who were absolutely perfect for her!
Overall, Her Every Wish is another fantastic addition to the series and I absolutely loved every single page of it!
Although something of a pampered princess, Yalina yearns to truly claim her throne and care for her people, who are threatened by a devastating drought. To fully cement her place as ruler, she must marry advantageously—but before doing so, she sneaks out of the palace to experience one day of anonymous freedom. A sweet and spicy encounter with the thief Kaelun, meant to be nothing more than a one-time indulgence, lingers with them both as Yalina is courted by the dragon prince Arelion, and Kaelun is swept into an adventure that binds him to the powerful yet imprisoned wish spirit Jah’ruud. It’s clear all four of their fates are entwined… but how? This book is perfect for Disney fans who grew up wanting something a little spicier than the beloved films of their childhood. I’m absolutely on board with this why-choose retelling of Aladdin. Our spoiled but lovable princess genuinely cares for her people—while also going after what she wants, including the diverse men who each bring something meaningful to her life, and to each other’s. I enjoyed the light political intrigue underpinning the story, though the true stars are the four main characters themselves—passionate in multiple ways, determined to get what they want, and savoring it in the end. While I would have loved a bit more time and space to further develop each character, it was still satisfying to see them set aside their differences and come together for the kingdom and each other. I got the HEA I wanted, sprinkled with fun spice, and honestly couldn’t ask for more. A quick, fun read!
4.25 stars. This story is quadruple POV, well written, and a darker, Aladdin-retelling, reverse harem, erotic fantasy romance between Yalina, the female human princess lead, Kaelun, the male unknowing-hybrid street thief lead, Jah’ruud, the male captive wind spirit lead, and Aurelion, the male dragon shifter prince lead. I empathised with Yalina’s desire to select her consort for more than alliance value. I enjoyed that she pushed back against Aurelion’s demands to establish her own preferences and choices. I enjoyed Kaelun’s immediate devotion and chuckled at his antics, appreciating most when he provided Yalina the honesty she desired. I empathised with Jah’ruud’s history and enjoyed his cleverness and patience, as well as his dominance. I enjoyed Aurelion’s character development, understanding his original presentation and enjoying the mellowing he was willing to do. I enjoyed the spicy intimate scenes, and the playful engagement on multiple occasions. I enjoyed the relationship the characters were building and would have enjoyed more pair and triad interactions between different sets of characters, though the story was definitely complete and enjoyable as written. I don’t normally enjoy fairytale retellings, but I’m enjoying how this author is writing them and will definitely be back for the next one!
I received a complimentary copy from the author and this is my voluntary honest review.
You've never read Aladdin like this, but maybe you've always secretly wanted this version. Yalina, the solha, has to marry in order to save her people. But who should she choose? There's the street thief, of course. Then the genie is another option, but he's bound. Lastly, there is the arrogant dragon shifter prince. Who would you choose? What if you didn't have to choose?
I enjoyed Her Every Wish by Ami Wright and read it while I was in the hospital, admitted for a potential relapse in my multiple sclerosis. There isn't much action until you find out the true villain later. But there is plenty to keep you interested until then. And the burn? Oh it's lovely and fast and spicy. Read it. Just do.
I went in blind because I trust Ami Wright will always take me on an amazing ride and I was right! Aladdin but make it why choose, spicy and with a dragon shifter! We meet Kaelun first and I was instantly drawn to him and loved everything about him and then we meet Prince Aurelion and I was curious about him but felt little wary because he was so determined to have Yalina as his wife i was uncertain of how he would go about it but he won me over pretty quick and then Jah’ruud he was perfect, i loved him and how he changed the dynamic at the time! This was such a fun read and really makes me like romantasy, especially that it's written by Ami Wright!
I really enjoyed this one, were the songs playing in my head whilst I read this? Yes. This retelling gave the FMC a more bolder look, that she wants to decide on her fate and not others.
Each MMC had their own personality but shared one goal that somewhat became and whole. Dragons are always a yes when it comes to monster romances but genies? Thats a whole new one for me (add the growing list of monsters to love). All in all a magical carpet ride of a story to enjoy.
I love this authors and her books are amazing. I read a lot of retelings but Alladin wasn't One of them and I must Stay that this One is very spicy! Oie princesa has her hands full with these suitors. Kaelun - the thief that always gets INTO trouble, Arelion, the dragon shifter prince from a neighbouring kingdom and Jah’ruud the wish spirit that was traped for a long long time. They all have somthing to give to her and She needs them all so why not keepy them all? Oh the joys of Why-choose books.
Holy guacamole. This may have been a slow read at the start but dang it sure picked up. This isn't your typical retelling of a fairytale classic but wow every princess should have some say in her ever after.
Ami, you never cease to amaze me. Your story telling is and will always be my favorite of all time!
Forget the politics, forget their roles and romance. I'm here for the smut! Aurelion, Yalina and Kaelun and Jah'ruud No matter what the position with who...it's fuckin hooooot! The part where Yalina took the three of them! My god! 🔥💦💦💦💦 Cheery on top! Fucking wish granted!🍒

I loved how strong our FMC is. She loves her people and will do what needs to be done for them. Love all the MCs she is very lucky to have all of them. The chemistry was amazing and fun to read. Aladdin retelling. Reverse harem. Spicy. Enjoyed every minute.
