The Author begins this book defining what true wealth is. He says there is a difference between being wealthy and being rich. He says that when a person is rich, it means they have a lot of money; however, wealth is more than this. Wealth and prosperity also includes peace of mind, health, and flourishing and loving relationships. He says "wealth starts with a mindset...A poverty mind-set will always lead to the dwindling of finances rather than increase, meaning that the person with money will eventually end up at square one, with little to nothing. Similarly, when a person has a wealthy mind-set, it is only a matter of time before his or her bank account goes from $10 to $10 million. This is because wealth begins with the way we think, regardless of what we have in our possession."

I found this book had many practical suggestions and advice on wealth building. Everything from investing in your first house to establishing good credit. One thing that you will not find in other books is his counsel on relying on the Holy Spirit in your finances. He says concerning the Holy Spirit, "The Holy Spirit will always save you time, money, and energy, so pay attention to His voice." He has another book on this topic about relying on the Holy Spirit in your finances called The Holy Spirit, Your Financial Advisor: God's Plan for Debt-Free Money Management.
Final thought: I think this book has a balanced view of what being wealthy truly means. Wealth not according to the standard of the world, but according to the standard of the Word of God.

Provokes you to get your affairs in order with the practical "how to". I will be referencing as a study guide.

Good financial notes, but the heresy was wild.
Initially, my hope was to listen through the book and take notes simultaneously, but I just made it through the first 10 minutes and realize that won't be possible.
Audiobook notes:

A Goof Read for Foundation Setting
I gave this read 4 Stars because it really sets the foundation from a biblical perspective concerning financial stewardship. This, I feel is where we are missing some of the Mark's regarding financial wholeness. I look forward to reading more of Dr. Dollar's books and recommended reads.
