This book does exactly what it sets out to do - provide information on how to be a better communicator. While this is primarily intended for business people, the tips provided here will help everyone. Even experienced public speakers will pick up a few new tips. I found myself nodding my head in agreement as I read it - it took many things I implicitly understood and made them explicit. All in all, an efficient and useful handbook.
