Under Your Skin is a fast-paced medical thriller that keeps the tension high while weaving in just enough science to feel chillingly real. Ryan McNamara, MD creates a story that’s both suspenseful and disturbing in the best way, with strong pacing and a plot that pulls you deeper with every twist. The medical elements add authenticity, even when the story pushes into intense territory. A few moments feel slightly predictable, but the overall ride is gripping and hard to put down. This is an excellent pick for fans of dark, intelligent thrillers who like their fiction with a clinical edge.
