Forewarning:
I'm not sure if this is the book meant to be reviewed. it's the same title, but i loaned the book out, and cannot recall the author's name, and the cover was different. judging from it's amazon review, this is the correct book.

essentially, it is a collection of phobias and things people are paranoid about... and several hundred reasons why paranoia is a good idea. Along the top and bottom borders of every page: rhetorical questions meant to stir paranoia (did i leave the iron on? is that my lip mark on the water glass, or was already there?)

anyway, it's silly, but enjoyable. and some of the facts stick with you... and freak you out.
