Well, I'm not really a breakfast person, but I thought - meals that take under 7 minutes were definitely my maximum morning timeframe.

But, how many recipes can a guy write that lose an egg yolk because they're bad for you, but include processed "American" cheese slices?

This book is going to be donated to a local charity as I really don't think it's going to make me into a breakfast person!
