I’m all done with the holiday season and ready to take the rest of the year off. With all the cookie orders for December weddings and Christmas, I’ve been up to my eyeballs. By the time I deliver the last order, I am ready to swear off cookies for a lifetime.
Yeah, right.
I’ve got my tree up and the fireplace lit when I hear a loud noise outside. My wolf’s senses perk up and, as I open my door, I see a truck with smoke billowing from the engine.
Making my way outside, I hear a string of curses coming from a tall, broad mountain of a man.
His truck is broken down. All the mechanic shops are closed until the new year. The snow is coming down heavier than ever as a storm rolls in.
Helping him out, I’m struck with his scent. This isn’t just any man. My alpha has barreled into my life and has no way to leave. He doesn’t look too happy about it either.
Snowed In With His Omega is the sixteenth in the Omegas of Oliver Creek mpreg series by Lorelei M. Hart. It is a super-sweet with knotty heat mm shifter mpreg romance featuring an alpha wolf who slid in the ice and crashed into a fence only days before Christmas, an omega cookie baker who has been looking for his alpha, snowed-in romance, friends from other stories of the Omegas of Oliver Creek, an adorable baby or two, and a guaranteed happily ever after. If you like your mpreg against all odds, your happily ever afters complete with a bundle of joy, and your mpreg with heart, Snowed In With His Omega is the book for you. While each book in the Omegas of Oliver Creek series is set in the same world, they can be read as standalones.
Lorelei M. Hart is the cowriting team of USA Today Bestselling Authors Kate Richards and Ever Coming. Friends for years, the duo decided to come together and write one of their favorite guilty pleasures: Mpreg.
"He deserved better than a damaged alpha. Maybe he was my fated, but maybe Fate made mistakes."
This is book 16 in the Omegas of Oliver Creek series by the writing duo of Lorelei M Hart. I still have 3 books in this series I haven't read it's hard to catch up when new books keep popping up. When I saw this on Booksprout I grabbed it up, no way did I want to fall further behind, lol.
I love this sweet series and all the books in it have a guaranteed happy ending. The books can be read as standalones but some characters do cross over between stories. I think Quinn pretty much shows up or is mentioned in all the books.
An omega ready for some quiet time after baking and delivering the last of his Christmas cookie orders and an alpha ready for the holiday to just be over when of course he's stranded after skidding on the ice. He's just about at his wit's end.
Snowed in, hurt/comfort, healing a long ago loss, fated mates, shifters, mpreg, Christmas loving omega, a grumpy alpha wishing the holiday would just go away.
This was a really enjoyable story. We are back in Oliver Creek again with a Christmas loving omega, called Jude who is busy all year round baking cakes and cookies for his customers online and around the town. Ripley is an alpha who is in mourning for his twin who passed away at Christmas when he was six. The holidays are the hardest for him and when he’s travelling home to spend the holidays on his own his car breaks down right outside Jude‘s house. They both discovered that they are true mates and with working out Ripleys emotional needs, they settle down and start their lives together. I enjoyed the storyline and loved the characters. The story was well written and flowed well, with characters that you could really relate with.

I absolutely loved this book! Ripley hates Christmas after a childhood tragedy on Christmas Day. He is on his way home to hide away until the new year when his truck breaks down at the end of Jude’s driveway. Jude loves the holidays and Christmas brings a much needed break from his cookie business. Intending to spend it alone, he is thrilled for Ripley to stay during the impending snowstorm. The two are mates but it will take Ripley some time to get to the point that he feels worthy of Jude and when he tells Jude about his brother, it will free him from some of his grief and let him move on with his life and get his happily ever after!.

Ripley was so lost in grief he can't see a way for him to claim his mate, Jude. I felt sorry for him carrying around that guilt his entire life for something he couldn't have have known would happen. Jude is such a sweet and hardworking guy that just wants to help Rip get past the grief and start living. I enjoyed how Jude helped Rip open up and let some of his grief out.
I love this series but again the stories are to short!!!! The are beautiful stories & I love Oliver Creek I feel like I live there along with all my friends!!!! Thank you - Lori
I absolutely loved this story. This is such a wonderful series. I love how each book can be read as a stand-alone but they are all connected by the town. These two were so sweet together and they were just what each other needed.
Ripley's loss has him trapped in grief. I liked that Jude kept showing him kindness even when it seemed that Ripley would walk away. Jude's gentle probing opens up Ripley's past and allows him to move beyond it.
Ok… where was the Oliver Creek love?! It was a cute story, but one thing I love about all the Oliver Creek books is the town it self… this book just mentioned that it was “outside” Oliver Creek…. Still enjoyed the romance and story though
This was a cute holiday novella, although I would have loved more from their story development. It felt like their feelings grew quickly, but jumped around a bit. It was a fun read, and I always love omegaverse reads from these authors. I would give it another go in a set of holiday reads because it's short and sweet and very enjoyable.
