I am not sure how I feel about it yet. Will wait for all the issues before I make a final decision.
As it stands, I like the art style, I suppose. But the format of the issue was meh. The "interview" part felt preachy. Like they were talking to us, the audience, and trying to explain to us who she is now and we have to deal with it. It also had a hint of her retiring, in a way, which I greatly dislike and hope it was only a cover story for the interview that she was doing.
Not sure why we needed a sister dagger of Xian either. Was that a way to make the OG fans feel nostalgic? Because it didn't work for me, I only saw it as recycled content.
Either way, the stage is set, let's see where it goes from here.
