I knew from book 1 that’s I desperately needed book 2. Like FEENING for it. & it did not disappoint. I absolutely love Lee & Zadie. The rival to lovers was very much my fave in here especially when you add that it’s the best friends brother to it, a cherry on top!
The veterinarian aspect?! I don’t read much books with it and it’s something I also enjoyed.
SO SLOW BURN IT HURTS 😩🤣 but it was worth it and tbh it makes so much sense with everything that is going on and is packed into both their lives.
Small town, best friends brother, rival to lovers and more. On kindle unlimited so no excuse but to pick it up.

The Thomas Family drama continues and I ate this up!
Lee is this tired grump and is practically the entire book,.. until he opens up to our queen Zadie.
And our bestie Zadie. She’s everyone’s light. Always up to making everyone else happy, but doesn’t get her happiness.
If you remember book one, they had found a tie and a name badge. We learn sooo much more about that! AHHH!!!

Okay I have to say I liked this even better than the first one! Give me all of Zadie and her spunkiness! Plus I even loved Lee even with all his grumpiness. I need more of the Thomases because these characters continue to steal my heart. Zea you outdid yourself again!! If you want a small-town, enemies to lovers trope filled book then this one is for you!!

I freaking love Lee. I completely forgot who Brice was 😅😅🥴 I don’t think you can go wrong with a book my Mrs Galan.
Zadie is absolutely perfect. Filled of sass and spice. So much spunk she’s amazing.

I was so ready for Lee & Zadie story from book 1! When you put these two together - the tension is thick and everyone is ready for them to be a thing. We find out more about Lee’s story and truthfully they are connected and can relate so much.

When a one night stand leads to two rivals. what could go wrong right? I enjoyed this book because who doesn’t love a steamy at-work romance. Loved the support when forced to face trauma. Also loved the plot and resolve of the story. I would definitely recommend if you enjoy happy endings lol
