This book does a great job of portraying the different types of tow trucks. It shows the difference in types along with what they are used for and why they are used that way. As a child that basically grew up in a tow truck my entire life I related to this book a lot. This book gives good information and realistic illustrations and for these reasons I gave it a four star rating.
My five-year-old son visited the school library with his Kindergarten class for the first time today. This is the book he checked out. He was able to read at least one-third of this book. He felt empowered.
There is not very much technical information in this book, but that kind of is not the point.
