[Lil Ms Reads A LOT]

Dash Wilder came to the sexy adults only Temptations in the Snow Lodge  with his girlfriend. When she refused to listen to and respect the limits he set forth for himself, they broke up. Fleeing from their room, he never expected to run into Juniper, his college ex-girlfriend, being pleasured in the elevator by her two husbands Tristan and Marco. 


Dash then proceeds to embark on a sexual and spiritual exploration while in the company of these three. His wildest fantasies and curiosities get explored. Just as he finds peace and a sense of right within this lifestyle, will he be forced to give it all up at the end of their stay at the lodge? 


Hooked at the Lodge is a short story which could easily be read in about an hour. The reader is reintroduced to characters previously featured in Resort Rules. This story is an epilogue to Resort Rules but can easily be enjoyed as a stand-alone story. However, reading Resort Rules first will provide added depth to this story so that it is better enjoyed. This story packed a sinfully sexy punch in a small amount of pages. Talk about a decadent read! I'm hopeful that additional episodes will come down the pike so that we can continue to read about the sexy shenanigans these 4 get up to.

Since I didn't read the blurb before picking up this book, I was surprised by the direction it went.

I recognized the characters (Tristan, Marco, Juniper) and was concerned for the newest character (Dash). It was obvious he had a tender heart. I was worried it was going to be a one-and-done situation, even if it guided him through understanding his wants/needs.

The relationship dynamic is different from the other books, but it is still handled with mutual respect, consent, and kindness. Some people might not be comfortable, so read responsibly.

I have read many of Kristin Lance's books from many genres, and regardless of which one it is, there is kindness, love, heat, and humor without much angst. It is a guaranteed enjoyable read for me.

Kristin Lance's Hooked at the Lodge is a short, steamy story you can devour in one sitting because it is impossible to put down. The story takes place one year after Resort Rules. The three main characters from that book return and form the other side of this MMMF relationship. However, this is a stand alone and is truly Dash’s journey of self discovery as he learns he is no less of a man for giving in to his desires, even if that means being a good boy who wants to be owned by the other three.

If you know Resort Rules, it adds an extra emotional layer to this book, but it is not required. I love Kristin Lance's approach to spice and her ability to write compelling MMF and MMMF stories. She blends real emotion with incredibly steamy scenes, and the adult sex resort, Temptations in the Snow, is the perfect backdrop for her writing.

This story is perfect for readers who enjoy MMMF heat with genuine character growth and self discovery.

4.25 stars. This short story is all lead POV but primarily new submissive male lead (Dash), well written and edited, and a spicy, break up to new relationship, reverse harem, romantic erotica. This story is also an epilogue for the other lead characters - married couple, Marco and Juniper, and their third, Tristan - whose story is in Resort Rules. I enjoyed that Dash had initiated a break up from his unsuitable previous partner. I enjoyed his receptivity to encouragement from the others. I enjoyed Juniper’s enthusiasm for her ex-boyfriend, Dash, and her reaching out for him. I enjoyed Tristan’s supportive dominance that encouraged Dash to explore his desires and interest. I enjoyed Marco’s laidback openness that left space for Dash in their relationship. I enjoyed the balance that was established in the relationship that allowed for all parties to enjoy their preferences.

This was a fun and very spicy series opener and also a fab continuation of a story with characters in a previous book by this author. This story stands alone but I loved that added depth to their story...and the fact their 'family' wasn't finished. Dash has just suffered a terrible break up at an 'adult' resort and is reeling. When he gets on the elevator, he's shocked to see two men and a woman going at it ;P He's further shocked when he realizes the woman, Juniper, is an old girlfriend... What follows is hot but it also shows how you can learn more about yourself, and get what you need, when you feel safe and seen. I love how this story unfolded. I felt so bad for tenderhearted Dash, in the beginning, and love that he found the perfect place to land to be loved as fully as we all wish we were. Well done!

In the course of a day Dash loses his girlfriend because she says he’s not dominant enough for her, an old flame comes into his life with her two very bi husbands, and he learns that submission is where he happily belongs. More than your typical day—even for a resort like Temptations.

When this story started with what has to be one of my favorite elevator scenes of all time, I knew I was in for a treat, and Ms. Lance did not disappoint. This a story of love, connection, self-acceptance, and it’s as touching as it is hot. (Also, a nod to the hook referenced in the title—that’s an interesting little piece of kit I hadn’t encountered in previous stories. ;-)

I loved this book. It was a fun and very sexy read. It's been a while since I've read a MMMF, and I wish I'd reread Resort Rules as a refresher, but it didn't detract from enjoying this book. Great world building and wonderful characters. I really liked Dash and how he interacted with the triad of Juniper, Marco, and Tristan. How he grew more comfortable and finally able to voice what he wanted rather than try and be forced into something he didn't *cough*crappy ex*cough*. Lots of very sexy times and I couldn't get enough. I was also glad we get a good scene putting the ex in her place. That's always satisfying. 5 stars

HOOKED AT THE LODGE is part of the multi-authored Temptations in the Snow series. It's a short and steamy, MMMF erotic romance. Dash is at a sex resort on vacation when he ends up breaking up with his girlfriend who doesn't like his submissive nature. He leaves their room and happens to encounter his college ex-girlfriend, Juniper, with her 2 hot husbands, Marco and Tristan, having fun in the elevator. He ends up staying with them and is able to finally explore and embrace his sexuality safely. This was one hot hot read. The chemistry between these 4 was pure fire and the ending was so happy. I loved that Dash found a group that made him feel loved, cherished, and accepted.

I loved this super hot, quick read novella. This story is about Dash, Juniper, Tristan and Marco. Juniper is already in a solid relationship with her two men Marco and Tristan. When Dash runs into Juniper again, who is also his ex girlfriend, he is intrigued by her current relationship. Dash decides to explore some of his curious desires within the safety of their threesome, which then becomes a foursome. I loved this hot steamy story and was rooting for Dash to truly come into his own desires.

This book took me by surprise in the best way. It has a lot of kink and little plot but it all comes together to make an interesting and fun story. It has sweet and hot moments and overall leaves you with feeling of warmth on behalf of the character. Liked the different POVs, I think it added to the warm feeling.

My problem was we met Tristan, Marco, and Juniper in Resort Rules which I loved, and this felt like it ruined their story for me. Before you read this book, be aware that it is super spicy! Like, five pepper hot! Dash meets his ex-girlfriend, Juniper, at a sex resort where she is with her husbands, Tristan and Marco. This book is light on the plot, but so much fun to read! It is a fantastic escape read. Keep your fan nearby!

We meet Marco and Juniper, and then Tristan, in Resort Rules, but Dash is a new addition to the mix. These four reconnect at the Lodge and instantly gel. I loved the filthy heat and tender moments in this story, and, while it’s short, it feels complete. A red hot read.
