A Bit on the Side: Politicians - Who Pays Them? An Insider's Guide

Rate this book
This book is a register of all directorships and consultancies held by MPs. Though by law all MPs have to declare the directorship, it is often hard to discover what their companies actually do. This guide provides an analysis by interest (defence, transport, oil, farming, construction, brewers etc.) Also, many MPs do not declare the clients of PR and parliamentary lobbying firms who retain them on their payroll. Consequently the voter does not know who his or her MP is really working for in return for payment. This book will reveal the names of many of these clients.
