“i can’t breathe when you’re not around.”
Brad and Noah were *chefs kiss*! the dynamic between these two was addicting.
i love a good forbidden romance book and this one had me wishing i could read faster than i do, because damn was i invested! seriously thought about skipping sleep to finish it last night!! Ella knows how to reel you in and keep you interested until the very end.
at first, stepdaddy Brad seems like he’s just the nice guy trying to get to know his girlfriends son. but in comes Noah, with his bratty attitude and piercings that Brad can’t look away from, and things get complicated. when a camping trip between the two has both of their worlds turning upside down, they decide that maybe *this* could become something more .. until a giant ‘surprise’ is dropped on them when they get back home and that daydream shatters.
this is one of my fave reads so far this year!!

I absolutely LOVED this book. From the very first chapter, I was hooked! The tension and chemistry was immediate, and the emotional depth had me fully invested, I could not put this book down! I fully lost sleep so I could keep reading lol, it is a MASTERPIECE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The angst? Perfectly done.
The spice? Top tier.
The forbidden energy? Chef’s kiss.
What really stood out to me was how layered the story felt. It wasn’t just romance it had heart, complexity, and moments that genuinely made me pause and feel everything alongside the characters.m
Ella’s writing is so immersive and addictive. She has this way of building emotion and tension that makes it impossible to look away. This is one of those books I’ll 100% be rereading because it left that much of an impact. If you love high tension, strong chemistry, and a story that keeps you completely invested from start to finish, do not miss this one!

My honest ARC Review
Noah is kinda forced by his mom to go on a camping trip with his soon to be Step dad , Brad. Noah, the chaotic angel he is , forgot his camping gear in hopes of getting out of this thing. Brad is not having it and offers Noah to sleep in his tent and share a sleeping bag.
Both men actually enjoy each others company and things get really hot and heated 🥵
When they return home , Brad is ready to change his life , but things take a drastic turn once they arrive ! Will both men actually be able to make it work? Or is this the end before if even properly started?!
Ella , you beautiful genius ! You wrote yet another beautiful book full of emotion, heartbreak and second chances and i am obsessed 🩷 couldn’t put it down, the feelings in this one were heavy and real, and the spice ?!! Hot damn they were kinky 🥵🥵

This was my 3rd ARC read for the year and i swear so far all of my ARC reads have been amazing 🤩 I am not sure what these Authors are eating but wow congratulations Ella Kit you really did a good job!
I love Brad and Noah’s story, definitely insta lust to love and very Spicy 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ it was a quick read so of you are the type of reader looking dor something with a good forbidden Romance to cleanse your pallet I highly recommend this !!!

This was an ARC read for me that i was super excited for and it did not disappoint. I absolutely loved it, I completely fell in love with Brad and Noah and ended up binging the book in one night. Ella Kit is such an amazing writer!! This book was absolutely perfect: super spicy, great plot and really satisfying character development. ❤️❤️🥰 Highly recommend!! Easily one of my new favorite recent reads!

This was an ARC read for me.I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this one to be honest but I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the characters and how the story progressed. Ella Kit is an author that is an automatic read for me so I was really excited to get this book and finished it within 3 days.

I gobbled this story up like there was no tomorrow. It was a beautiful story and my heart went out to them both as they fumbled through their feelings and wants. You can tell Brad was struggling in who he was and what he wanted, but in the end want won. I really enjoyed reading their story and omg the spice be spicin'. I was fanning myself reading those scenes. Also screw Veronica.
