LITTLE REINDEER, WHERE ARE YOU? is an adorable board book with lift-the-flap and mirror elements. The book includes a Christmas-themed figure that children are asked where they are. They then ask the baby where they are and lift-the-flap to reveal a mirror.

What I loved: This is a really cute collection of Christmas themed characters that are perfect for babies. The book features simple illustrations with just the figure on a solid background. The figure is the flap that pulls down to reveal a mirror. This and the repetitive phrases are perfect for babies who will appreciate the ease of understanding and joy of seeing themselves. The characters are perfectly chosen for the season (reindeer, elf, santa, and snowman).

The back of the book has a QR code that I highly recommend checking out - it turns the book into a song, and my toddler absolutely adores it! This is such a simple concept but so perfect for little ones with lots of mirrors, flaps, and simple images and text.

Final verdict: LITTLE REINDEER, WHERE ARE YOU? is a delightful and adorable board book with lift-the-flap and mirror elements that are sure to charm little readers around the holidays.

Please note that I received an ARC. All opinions are my own.

A simple yet effective and enjoyable read for babies around 6 months who start to show interest in their reflections. The book engages them with four cute Christmas characters, repetitive text, large flaps, and a mirror on every other page. A song based on the "Finger Family" rhyme can be played by scanning the QR code on the back cover. It would be better if the flaps were more tear-resistant.

It is full of holiday cheer and is sure to make little ones laugh as they repeatedly see the image of themselves. This book is simply adorable!

Perfect to be sung aloud to the Finger Family tune. Mirror and flap on each page so may be best to have a copy for storytime use only.

Cute for read-aloud fans of Brown Bear, Brown Bear and perfect for that mirror phase on infancy!

This brightly colored board book is a lift-the-flap book with mirrors. Each page asks you to find a different holiday animal or person, which you lift the flap to find. I think this could be a holiday favorite for little ones.

I received a gifted copy of this book from Nosy Crow. All opinions are my own.
