Late diagnosed female AuDHDer--I really, really enjoyed this book. I love the way her mind works, I loved the new ideas and ways of looking at things she presented, and I loved the scaffolding and introspection prompts she includes during each chapter. Short, super accessible, informative. I particularly appreciate her reflection on how her neurodivergence (particularly after diagnosis) impacted her relationship, and how it influences her parenting. These are such valuable perspectives that I wish I were more widely available. Would absolutely read again and recommend.
