Dagger (or Vale) becomes the love that his stepsister needs in Dagger’s Property. Instead of only talking to his stepsister, he gets an eyeful of her body and the first inkling that she needs more than she knows. She needs protection and showered in love and attention. He takes her to the MC and shares his room with her. Soon the physical attraction can’t be ignored and neither can the feelings. But will Dagger let her face her demons her own way?

I never pictured their story going like this, but my imagination is never as good as what Landry Hill comes up with. Her writing always leaves me smiling and swooning over fictional men. She gets me. She writes to the romantic side of me as well as the side that craves being owned by my man. Her characters always end up owning me, bringing my heart to their side.

I LOVE a forbidden romance. Another amazing read, I loved these two. The spice in this book was so good. There’s a lot of healing and emotional moments too. I found this book low angst. The tension was amazing, it was really good!

You know what, Landry? You gotta stop. You keep making me fall for these characters over and over! Every time I finish a book of yours, I say to myself, “This was my favorite couple…” and then you release another freaking gut-wrencher, and I have a new favorite! 😫
And you always have a way of letting us get to know a side character just enough where I just HAVE to have their story next (Hoping for Cage!)
These stories are always full of badass women, and badass men, who always fit so freaking well together, and always bring out the best in each other. And the spice? *TOP NOTCH* as always! Love, love, LOVE this one! 🥰

I love me a good step-sibling book and Dagger and Wynter were amazing together. The fact he was her rock for so long then he seen her breaking and stepped in. I liked the fact they hadn’t been pining for each other the whole book. They just kind of feel into their feelings. I love this series and can’t wait for the other brothers!
