The idea of reading a book to help me understand and manage my ADHD sounds great. But for someone with ADHD, to read a book about ADHD takes some hyperfocus and determination. I had to break it up and read a little bit each day, but I'm glad I did. It offers practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and simple habits that fit real, busy lives.
