पौराणिक किरदारों की कहानियां हमेशा ही मुझे जितना उत्साहित करती है उससे ज्यादा कहीं अधिक उनकी कहानियों में छिपी छोटी छोटी बारीकियां उसे और अधिक रोचक बना देती है और इसी के चलते जब ऐसी कहानियां पढ़ने का मौका मिलता है तो पढ़ने का आनंद दोगुना हो जाता है। ऐसा ही आनंद मिला हाल ही में मिला निलेश पाठक जी की लिखी एक सीरीज की पहली किताब आयुध : भस्माङ्ग पर्व।
यह उपन्यास ‘आयुध : भस्माङ्ग पर्व’ पौराणिकता, अध्यात्म, विज्ञान और आधुनिक दृष्टिकोण का अद्भुत संगम है। यह रचना केवल देव और असुर संघर्ष की कथा नहीं, बल्कि मानवता, सत्य, समय और चेतना के शाश्वत द्वंद्व की गहराई में उतरती है। लेखक ने पौराणिक कल्पना को आधुनिक संदर्भों में ढालते हुए इसे एक नई दृष्टि और अर्थ प्रदान किया है।
कहानी की मूल धुरी सागर मंथन और अमृत विभाजन की पौराणिक कथा से जुड़ी है। इसी पृष्ठभूमि से प्रारंभ होती है समय और शक्ति की वह अनवरत यात्रा, जहाँ महर्षि भस्माङ्ग कलियुग का अंत कर पुनः सतयुग की स्थापना करना चाहते हैं। किंतु जहाँ प्रकाश होता है, वहाँ अंधकार भी जन्म लेता है और यही अंधकार तमस के रूप में सामने आता है, जो असुरों के स्वर्ण युग को पुनर्जीवित करने का प्रयास करता है।
इस संघर्ष के केंद्र में हैं शिव का अंश ‘शिवाय’, जो अपने सहयोगियों और महर्षि सर्वज्ञ के साथ मिलकर मानवता और वर्तमान की रक्षा का संकल्प लेते हैं।
किरदारों की बात करें तो तमस, शिवाय, सर्वज्ञ, नित्या और भस्माङ्ग सभी को बहुत ही अच्छे से लिखा गया है और नित्या के किरदार को जिस तरह से कहानी में प्रयोग किया गया है वो बहुत अच्छा लगता है, उसके साथ ही भस्माङ्ग को एक मजबूत और शक्तिशाली किरदार बनाया गया है उसकी वजह से बाकी के सभी किरदार जो उससे लड़ते है वो भी निखर के बाहर आते है। कहानी में नागलोक, पौराणिक अस्त्रों को, रुद्र ऊर्जा और इसी तरह के बहुत से विषयों को इतनी कमाल से कहानी में पिरोया गया है कि आप बस उत्सुकता में किताब पढ़े चले जाते है कि अब आगे क्या होगा और ये कहानी कैसी अंत होगी। कहानी में विज्ञान और अध्यात्म के संगम का अद्भुत उदाहरण DSF (Defense Against Supernatural Forces) नामक संस्था है साथ ही पौराणिकता और आधुनिकता एक-दूसरे के विरोधी नहीं, बल्कि पूरक हैं इस विचार को भी अच्छी तरह से दर्शाती है।
लेखनी की बात करें तो जो बात मुझे सबसे ज्यादा पसंद आई निलेश पाठक जी के लेखन में वो थी उनका दृश्यों को इस तरह से लिखना की वो बहुत विज़ुअल एप्रोच के साथ लिखे लगते है आप कहानी पढ़ते तो है ही साथ ही मगर आपको पढ़ते हुए ये महसूस होता है कि वो सब लिखा हुआ आपकी कल्पनाओं से मिलकर साथ साथ दृश्यों को जीवित भी कर रहा है उसके ऊपर से भाषा इतनी सरल है कि बच्चों को भी ये कहानी पढ़ते हुए आनंद की अनुभूति होगी।
भाषा की दृष्टि से उपन्यास सरल, प्रवाहमयी और प्रभावशाली है। संवाद जीवंत हैं और लेखन में एक निरंतरता है, जो पाठक को कथा से जोड़े रखती है। लेखक ने जटिल विचारों को सहजता से प्रस्तुत किया है, जिससे उपन्यास गंभीर होते हुए भी बोझिल नहीं लगता।
यदि पुस्तक में कुछ प्रमुख अस्त्रों, पात्रों या दृश्यों को चित्रात्मक रूप में प्रस्तुत किया जाता, तो यह अनुभव और भी रोचक हो सकता था।
कुल मिलाकर, ‘आयुध : भस्माङ्ग पर्व’ एक रोमांचक, विचारोत्तेजक और गहराई से भरी हुई कृति है, जो पौराणिक कल्पना के साथ आधुनिक संवेदनाओं को बखूबी जोड़ती है। यह श्रृंखला का पहला भाग है, जो न केवल पाठक को रहस्य और दर्शन के संसार में ले जाता है, बल्कि इसके अगले भाग के प्रति उत्सुकता भी जगाता है।

निलेश पाठक जी का यह उपन्यास एक समान्य उपन्यास नहीं बल्कि एक रोमांचकारी अनुभव है जो भूतकाल से जन्मी और वर्तमान मे घटित होने वाली असाधारण महागाथा है, जो आने वाले भविष्य को प्रभावित करती है. जिसमे शिवतत्त्व और कई रहस्यमयी अस्त्र शस्त्रों और शक्तियों की कल्पना से परे व्याख्या की गई है.
कहानी मे पौराणिक कथाओं और दिव्य और रहस्यमयी शक्तियों की दुनिया को आधुनिक दृष्टिकोण से प्रस्तुत किया गया है.भस्माङ्ग पर्व, आयुध श्रँखला का प्रथम अध्याय है जिसमे आयुध यानि दिव्य अस्त्रों का रहस्य, उनका उद्देश्य और उन्हें धारण करने वाली शक्तियों की कहानी का बड़ी ही खूबसूरती से वर्णन किया गया है.
यह सागर मंथन और अमृत विभाजन से जन्मी एक काल्पनिक गाथा है जिसमे मानव, दानव, नाग एवं सभी चौदह भुवन इससे जुड़े हुए हैं
कहानी न केवल धर्म और अधर्म की बात करती है बल्कि इनके बीच की उस पतली सी रेखा का जिक्र करती है जो इनमे अंतर करता है, इसके साथ ही आज के युग के वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण, और उपलबधियों को बड़ी अच्छे तरीके से प्रस्तुत करती है, जहाँ शुरुआत मे थोड़ा भ्रम होता है जहाँ भारतीय सेना वर्तमान काल मे बीते हुए कल की कुछ अहम चीजों को खोजने श्रीलंका की एक गुफा मे पहुँच जाते है जो शायद रावण का शस्त्र भंडार है.पर जैसे जैसे कहानी आगे बढ़ती है लिखा गया हर शब्द हर पन्ना आपको रोमांच से भर देता है
भस्माङ्ग पर्व, नाम से ही साफ समझ आता है की यह कहानी महारथी भस्माङ्ग के दृष्टिकोण से लिखी गयी है जो सतयुग से आए एक महारथी अघोरी हैं जिनका एक मात्र उद्देश्य है इस संसार को पांच महाविकारों (काम, क्रोध, मद मोह, लोभ) से मुक्त करके कलियुग को पुनः सतयुग मे स्थपित करना है.
कुछ लोग जो इस विनाश को रोकना चाहते है वो है महर्षि सर्वग्य, नित्या और DSF के प्रमुख कर्नल विरभान सिंह राणा और जीवित आयुध शिवाय.
कहानी पढ़ते हुए आपको ऐसा लगता है जैसे कोई सिनेमा देख रहे हैं जो इस पुस्तक को बेहद ख़ास और #MUST READ बनाता है.
लेखक की भाषा सरल, सुंदर एवं आसानी से समझी जाने वाली है जिसे पढ़ने और समझने मे कोई दिक्क़त नहीं होती है, मुख्य पात्रों के बीच के संवाद और इस भव्य कल्पना लोक का वर्णन इतना प्रभावशाली है की आपके मन मे दृश्य स्वतः ही बनते चले जाते है.
निलेश पाठक ने वेदों पुराणों की कई कथाओं और उनके सार को बड़ी खूबसूरती से इस आधुनिक युग की कथा मे पिरोया है.

कभी-कभी कोई पुस्तक केवल पढ़ी नहीं जाती बल्कि अनुभव की जाती है और "आयुध-भस्माङ् पर्व" ऐसी ही एक अनूठी रचना है।

निलेश पाठक ने इस उपन्यास में मानवता, नैतिकता-अनैतिकता, कल्पना, पौराणिकता एवं आधुनिकता को जिस गहराई से पिरोया है वह आपको स्तब्ध और साथ ही मंत्रमुग्ध कर देगी।

यह कथा केवल देव-असुर युद्ध की नहीं बल्कि समय, सत्य और चेतना के शाश्वत संघर्ष की कहानी है। सागर मंथन और अमृत विभाजन से उपजी यह महागाथा हमें एक ऐसे ब्रह्मांड में ले जाती है जहाँ सतयुग का महारथी महर्षि भस्माङ्ग कलियुग को समाप्त कर पुनः सतयुग की स्थापना करने को उतारू हैं। 

पर हर प्रकाश के सामने एक गहरा तमस होता है और यहाँ तमस नाम का असुर उस अंधकार का प्रतीक है जो असुरों के स्वर्ण युग को पुनर्जीवित करना चाहता है। तो वही तीसरी तरफ, शिव का अंश - शिवाय अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर वर्तमान को बचाने हेतु दृढ़ संकल्पित हैं। 

यह काफी रोचक होगा कि कौन अपने मकसद में सफल होगा - महर्षि भस्माङ्ग जो भूत काल को वापिस लाना चाहते हैं या तमस जो असुरों को उनका स्वर्णिम भविष्य की अपेक्षा रखता हैं या शिवाय जो वर्तमान काल को सुरक्षित कर एक सुन्दर मानव समाज बनाने को संकल्पित हैं। 

लेखक ने अद्भुत रूप से दिखाया है कि यह संघर्ष केवल प्राचीन शक्तियों का नहीं बल्कि समय तत्वों - भूत, भविष्य और वर्तमान का युद्ध है। और इस महायुद्ध में आधुनिक भारत भी शामिल है जहाँ DSF (Defense Against Supernatural Forces) जैसी संगठनें विज्ञान और अध्यात्म के संगम से “प्रोजेक्ट बरबरिक” जैसी योजनाएँ संचालित कर रही हैं।

निलेश पाठक की लेखनी की सबसे बड़ी विशेषता है - उसकी दृश्यात्मकता। हर पंक्ति किसी सिनेमाई दृश्य की तरह आँखों के सामने उभरती है। संवादों में दर्शन एवं व्यंग्य है, युद्धों में रोमांच है, कथा में वाद व अनेकों विवाद और तो और हर एक पात्र के अपने संघर्ष और कहानी।

इस उपन्यास में जीवन-मरण के कुछ अनूठे रहस्य, अच्छाइ-बुराई के बीच घटती दीवार एवं मानवता व इंसानियत की सुध परिभाषा भी निहित हैं।

यह पुस्तक सिर्फ एक फैंटेसी नहीं बल्कि एक दार्शनिक अनुभव है जो पाठक को यह सोचने पर मजबूर कर देगी कि क्या अच्छाई और बुराई वास्तव में दो अलग शक्तियाँ हैं या एक ही सत्य के दो छोर?

यह केवल कहानी नहीं बल्कि एक जागृति है जहाँ हर अंत एक नया प्रारम्भ हैं !

Nilesh Pathak’s Mythological Fiction is an amazing story that brings mythology to life in a way I have never seen before. From the very first page, I felt like I was part of the battles between devas, asuras, humans, and mystical beings. The story of Maharshi Bhasmang, who comes from Satya Yuga with divine weapons and a mission to remove the five great vices from the world, really touched me. Reading about his dedication made me think about how even one person can make a difference, no matter how difficult the task.

What I liked most was how the book mixes ancient mythology with modern elements. The DSF and the search for ancient weapons in hidden caves gave the story a fresh and exciting feel. I could imagine it as a movie playing in front of my eyes. The story made me reflect on the battle between right and wrong in our own lives, and it kept me thinking about choices and responsibilities long after I put the book down.

The language of the book is simple and easy to understand, but the story is very deep. The descriptions of weapons like the Trishul, Chandrahas, and Pinak were fascinating, not just as weapons, but as symbols of protection, knowledge, and spiritual power. मैंने आयुध का पहला अध्याय, ‘भस्मा़ड पर्व’ पढ़ते हुए हर पन्ने पर खुद को मंत्रमुग्ध महसूस किया। यह किताब भारतीय पौराणिक कथाओं और आधुनिक कल्पना का इतना सुंदर मिश्रण है कि पढ़ते-पढ़ते आप एक ऐसे ब्रह्मांड में पहुँच जाते हैं जहाँ देव, दानव, मानव, नाग—और चौदह लोकोत्तर समय की अदृश्य डोरियाँ—सब एक साथ जीवंत हो उठते हैं। हर दृश्य, हर पात्र और हर शक्ति इतनी वास्तविक लगती है कि कहानी अपने भीतर खींच लेती है।

कहानी में बार-बार याद दिलाया गया है कि

किताब में एक बहुत बड़ा सवाल उठता है
❓ धर्म क्या है?
क्या धर्म सिर्फ पुस्तकों में लिखी बातें हैं?
या ईश्वर-पूजा और रिवाज़ों का अनुसरण?
या फिर मानव का विवेक और सत्य के लिए सही चुनाव?

📌 कहानी बताती है कि ईश्वर, धर्म और शक्ति तीनों को समझना आसान नहीं, और
💬 यदि मनुष्य अपनी इच्छा मात्र से शक्ति का इस्तेमाल करे तो उसका शौर्य इतना प्रबल हो सकता है कि सब कुछ गायब हो जाए।

अंदर-अंदर यह किताब यह भी कहती है कि
🕉️ सच्चा धर्म वह है जिसमें मनुष्य सत्य और न्याय के साथ खड़ा हो, न कि अंधानुकरण में।

Action + philosophy + mythology का मिश्रण इस किताब को बहुत गहरा बनाता है।
हर पेज पर suspense, हर dialogue में intensity और हर chapter में नया twist है।
कई बार पढ़ते-पढ़ते ऐसा लगता है जैसे कोई cinema चल रहा हो 🎬

The narrative was like a spiritual journey that was transformed into a fable. The character of Bhasmang, who steps up the heap in Kalyug with the vow of bringing back harmony, was my favorite. Meanwhile Tamas’s insatiable desire for power formed a very strong contrast. The book's treatment of time—past, present, future—as forces that are active really blew me away. Divine weapons, yogic powers, and ascetic sages were the elements that made the story the more alluring. The subplot of the DSF was more like a breath of fresh air and bast of modernity. The book was like the experience of a grand- let me say, mythological series unfolding before my eyes. The character of Bhasmang is unforgettable because of the combination of his power, discipline, and goal. I liked the way the story depicts the darkness of Kalyug and the little lives of Satyug still present. Tamas’s character is so complex that the conflict becomes very strong. The paragraph about cosmic time factors was the one I liked most—it seemed philosophical at the same time but also thrilling. DSF gave a contemporary twist to an ancient battlefield. What I appreciated most about this book is the way it mixes ancient mythology with futuristic concepts. Bhasmang is such a powerful, quiet, and interesting character. The confrontation with Tamas is and seems to be very real and perilous. The descriptions of siddhis, astras, and yogic power gave the narrative an aura of authenticity. I found it particularly amusing how DSF was trying to control the cosmic forces with science. The prose is full of creativity and each turn of events reveals a new secret. This book gave me the impression of seeing the greatest battle of all times. Bhasmang’s might is not only the attribute of his weapons but also of his higher cause. The contrast between the divine forces and the dark tamsic forces kept the plot thrilling. It was brilliant how the author linked Samudra Manthan with the today’s world. The DSF perspective illustrated how humans struggle against forces that are beyond reason. A new mystery unfolded with every chapter. Reading this book was like seeing a celestial film. There were a lot of different worlds, Devas, Asuras, Nagas, but it all made sense. The seven siddhis of Bhasmang and his peaceful power were my inspiration. Tamas was a force that was both fierce and difficult to predict. The tension around Project Barbarik was a good reason for me to keep on reading. I found it very interesting the way the author interwove the past, the present, and the future into one long fight. A very creative and entertaining fiction.
