Every time I pick up one of his books about health, I walk away with more clarity and a deeper understanding of how to take care of myself; believe me when I say that this one left me with a lot to “digest.” One of the best things about the book is its science-driven approach, pairing nutrition studies with lifestyle recommendations.
Something that really stood out is the precise information about supplements that are rarely discussed. The authors did an incredible job, offering easy to understand data and showing the readers practical ways to start making better choices. It may seem overwhelming at first, but with time and patience, anything is possible!
I can’t recommend this book enough!

I always thought choosing healthy, nutrient-rich foods was very difficult, but with this book, I realized it's much simpler than I thought. With this book, I learned to eat a healthy and varied diet, and also how to read the nutrition facts labels on products.
Without a doubt, author Corrigan helped me a lot with my diet. He believes the path to health consists of three practices: eating real food, focusing on nutritional supplements, and ensuring proper digestion. Something I would add is exercising regularly. This is a book I highly recommend, as it will help the reader improve their quality of life.

I found the writing direct and approachable, making even unconventional ideas understandable rather than extreme. The authors challenge common assumptions about food and supplements in a calm, confident way that encourages reflection.
Overall, this is an engaging and thought-provoking read. It’s a good choice for readers who are open to questioning mainstream nutrition advice and who want a straightforward, realistic approach to feeling better.

I read Eat Well, Supplement Well, Digest Well at a time when I was already tired of conflicting health advice. In this book, Corrigan talks from his own experience, and you can really tell he’s been through digestive issues himself. It’s not polished or academic, and honestly that worked for me. It made me stop a couple of times and rethink things I’d never really paid attention to before, especially supplements and multivitamins.

I’d recommend it. It doesn’t try to sell miracle fixes or anything like that. It just felt honest and easy to read, and by the end I found myself actually wanting to change a couple of things, not just take in more information.
