Two exes are forced to confront what tore them apart and ask if second chances are earned or written in the stars
Kira Park is proud of her routine, easy life. She’s in a successful career (she’s only fallen asleep at her desk once), her boyfriend is faithful (yeah, the bar for men is low), and even though she never pursued her passion for art, she volunteers with art students (via a program at risk of cancellation). Some days, she doesn’t even think about the boy she grew up with, the same one who left and broke her heart.
Seven years after his family’s diner burned to the ground, Landon Cole returns home to rebuild the family legacy. He’s ready to be a catalyst for change – and when he discovers Kira’s dreams were shelved the day he left, he insists on helping her obtain everything she’s ever wanted in life. Even if it doesn’t include him.
As old sparks reignite and buried truths surface, Kira and Landon start to close the distance between them. But with Kira’s future hanging in the balance and Landon unsure if he’s meant to stay, they’ll have to decide if love is worth the risk of falling all over again.
Becca Fall writes romance novels where humor meets heart—and sparks always fly. A hopeless romantic at heart, she believes every story deserves a swoon-worthy ending. When she’s not writing, you’ll find her bingeing rom-coms, exploring local coffee shops, or plotting her next book boyfriend.
This was a really cute, emotionally grounded second-chance romance 🖤
I loved the emotional honesty of this story. Kira and Landon’s connection feels real and earned, unfolding slowly with vulnerability, patience, and a lot of heart. The dual POV adds depth and lets you truly feel both sides of their separation and reconnection.
The story shines most in its quieter moments — shared memories, unspoken tension, and the slow rebuilding of trust. While the pacing lingers a bit in the middle, the ending delivers a satisfying, heartfelt payoff that makes the journey worth it. Cozy, soft, and emotionally rich — a solid pick if you enjoy character-driven, second-chance love stories ✨📖
I received an ARC of this book and am leaving this review voluntarily. All thoughts are my own.
Thank You author Becca Fall for providing me with this ARC! ✨ Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spice: 🌶️ 🌶️ ✨
This story follows Kira and Landon and their journey to a second chance romance. This is supposed to be a standalone, but it does carry characters from her other book in this series “One Like Away”! ✨ Kira finds herself back with her childhood friend and Ex, Landon when she least expects it! Kira is a volunteer at the local community center teaching an Art class for kids. She finds herself in need of a new additional volunteer or her class gets cut! ✨ Landon is back in Chicago after being away to help his mom reopen the Diner that his father had owned growing up. Read to learn how Landon and Kira’s relationship starts anew and how maybe things are finally at the right place at the right time!
okay Becca Fall you are FUNNNNY. this had me laughing out loud multiple times. Landon & Kira were adorable. I love the writing style, thanks for the ARC becca 🤍🤍
HAPPY RELEASE DAY! This book does yearning RIGHT, constant unyielding yearning and I couldn’t get enough. The Burrow girls are so relatable, I feel like I see all of my friends in these women and I can’t wait to read more!! This is a cute, cozy read best served with a cup of chai tea and a piece of pecan pie!🤪
I had the opportunity to read this as my first ARC. I’m grateful for the opportunity.
**Disclaimer this review has spoilers**
The reason I’m rating this book so low is because the book had no solid foundation in regards to our two main characters. The storyline was chaotic, no sense of a good timeline/timeframe, and there was a lack of emotional delivery.
This story follows Kira and Landon and their journey to a second chance romance. This is supposed to be a standalone, but it does carry characters from her other book “One Like Away”, but the first book doesn’t touch on Kira or Landon’s relationship…at least that’s what I understood from the Author. [I didn’t read her other book so I had asked the author to see if maybe I was missing any key details]
From the moment the book started it felt like I was thrown into the middle of a movie and was trying to play catch up. The original love story between Kira and Landon wasn’t explained correctly so when Kira literally meets Landon in page 3, the wow factor was non-existent. There was no build up to show us [the reader] what was happening and why when Kira finally sees Landon, after 7 years, acted the way that she did. It wasn’t until a few chapters later in Landon’s POV that we get an explanation but even then it was vague.
The way the author wrote this story felt like she just threw together parts of scenes together without good flow in between them.
Things that kinda irked me:
(1) Kira is in a relationship when Landon moves back to Chicago and at first he’s depicted as a gentleman…but then he’s suddenly jealous and vandalizes Kira’s volunteer center…hmmm okay. (-_-)
(2) The one that really took the ticket for me was that in the book the author states Kira and Landon were childhood friends and neighbors. So they clearly grew up together….tell me why Kira had NO IDEA Landon’s dad passed away KNOWING the man had cancer. If the history they both had was this close and there were basically involved in each other’s lives how did she not know about his passing. I get that their break up was intense but to not know? especially since she herself kept in touch with ppl she went to school with. It was unrealistic.
I will say this, if you’re someone that likes a fast paced book where conflicts gets resolved in literally the next page or paragraph then this will be the book for you. The lack of development and depth in this book is just…i don’t even know. I mean I believe this author has potential because her writing style wasn’t terrible and if you’re a sucker for cheesy jokes (which I am) then you’ll enjoy that in this book. But I think she just needs to hone in on her story telling. But yeah.

A tender second-chance romance with strong emotional beats (despite some continuity slips)
One Infinity Together delivers exactly what Becca Fall does best: heartfelt character work, community-rooted storytelling, and an emotional payoff that feels warm and lived-in. Landon and Kira’s story is soft, earnest, and deeply rooted in shared history, and when this book hits, it really hits.
Tropes Second chance romance Childhood sweethearts Miscommunication (light but present) Found family / community ties Slow-rebuilding trust Cozy HEA
The Good • Landon & Kira’s emotional arc feels authentic. Their reconnection unfolds over months, not days, giving their second-chance storyline room to breathe. Their shared history feels believable, and the quieter moments between them are some of the book’s strongest. • Dialogue and banter shine. When Fall lets the characters speak for themselves — text exchanges, rooftop moments, confessions — the chemistry is genuine and compelling. The intimacy is tastefully written without overwhelming the emotional narrative. • Strong thematic through-line. Joy, forgiveness, and rediscovering connection are woven throughout. Kira’s art school storyline adds real depth, and Landon’s desire to help her reclaim her joy gives their relationship emotional weight beyond romance. • A satisfying, emotionally grounded HEA. The final chapters feel warm, settled, and earned — the kind of ending that leaves you smiling.
The Not-So-Good • Noticeable continuity mistakes. A few slipped details (ages, locations of key items, timeline inconsistencies) break immersion and disrupt the emotional flow. They don’t ruin the book, but they’re distracting. • Some pacing and tension gaps. A time-skip before a pivotal romantic moment creates a dip in emotional momentum. Certain scenes (like the sexting exchange) get weighed down by repeated inner monologue when the dialogue alone was strong enough. • A few rushed emotional shifts. Kira’s sudden return of sexual confidence and connection felt abrupt and didn’t fully match the careful character work built earlier.
Overall Despite its flaws, One Infinity Together is tender, cozy, and deeply heartfelt. Landon and Kira feel like real people who make real mistakes, and their love story is full of softness, forgiveness, and growth. The continuity issues keep it from being a “shelf trophy,” but the emotional payoff is strong enough to land a confident 4.25 stars.
And yes — readers calling the next couple (Ariadne & Nathan) will feel very smug when they reach the final page.

One Infinity Together By Becca Fall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Becca Fall has officially raised the bar for second-chance romance with One Infinity Together. This book is a visceral, heart-aching, and ultimately healing journey that captures the exact feeling of "the one who got away" coming back to claim your soul. From the moment Landon Cole returns to the Burrow seven years after a devastating fire changed his life, the tension is so thick it practically vibrates off the page. This isn't just a romance; it is a masterclass in yearning and the complex beauty of growing up without growing apart. The character development for Kira Park is what truly sets this story apart from your standard contemporary romance. Watching her navigate her 20s while feeling "stuck" in a routine—having shelved her artistic dreams the day Landon left—is painfully relatable. When Landon steps back into her life, he doesn't just want her heart; he wants her to find her spark again. The way he supports her growth, even when he isn’t sure if he has a place in her future, makes him an absolute top-tier book boyfriend. The inclusion of demisexual representation is handled with such grace and intentionality that it adds an entirely new layer of depth to their connection. It makes the slow-burn pace feel earned and incredibly high-stakes, proving that the most powerful intimacy starts with the mind and the history two people share. Every "sweet and spicy" moment feels like a payoff for years of silence and missed opportunities, making the eventual emotional release that much more satisfying for the reader. Returning to "The Burrow" community feels like coming home to a group of friends you didn’t realize you were missing. The found-family dynamics provide the perfect backdrop for a story that deals with heavy themes like grief and lost legacy. If you are looking for a story that will make you cry, swoon, and immediately want to restart from page one, this is it. Becca Fall has crafted a five-star masterpiece that proves some loves aren't just for a moment—they are for infinity.
One Infinity Together is a great continuation of the Burrow series. I was fortunate to have been an ARC reader for both and both books complemented each other well. Major themes in this book were Kira’s insecurities in her relationships with men and Landon’s need to support his family after his father passed.
Kira and Landon used to date, so this was definitely a second chance romance where both tried to move on from the past but ended up back in each other’s orbits. Landon’s groveling was endearing and while I may not have liked him in the beginning, he proved to be a good man. I was so happy to see him push Kira to do what she enjoyed doing which was making art.
Kira seems very uptight and skittish in the beginning because of the way Landon left her all those years ago. After dating Landon, she had two horrible relationships that thankfully didn’t work out and was dating a man named Xavier when Landon reappeared in her life.
Fortunately for Kira and Landon, Xavier doesn’t stick around for long, either. (I consider it a blessing that things went the way they did in terms of Xavier and Kira breaking up, though I did feel for Kira because she deserved so much better)
Because Kira is still trying to heal from the past, both Landon and Kira repair their friendship gradually through him helping with her volunteer work and her helping out at his family’s diner.
While the book was a bit predictable, what kept me reading was how kind and gentle Landon was to Kira. He never forced anything on her and he let her be in control of where they stood relationship-wise.
I highly recommend this book to those who love interconnected series, second chance romance, contemporary romance, slow burn, groveling, and he falls first tropes/genres.
The ending definitely sets up for book 3 in the series which is set to be released in April 2026.
Overall, 4/5 stars if I had to rate it. 1.5/5 for spice.
Thank you Becca for the review copy. All opinions are my own.
One Infinity Together by Becca Fall has all the ingredients for a sweet, feel-good love story. Becca’s writing is truly the standout for me—her prose is beautiful, and she has a real gift for creating vivid imagery that pulls you into the story effortlessly.
The MMC felt like that high school boyfriend you never quite forget, the one who lingers in your memories long after the relationship ends. The FMC was relatable and easy to root for, with a sense of humor that added charm and lightness to the story. I especially appreciated how the romance leaned into sweetness while still delivering tasteful, well-written spicy scenes.
That said, I did find myself wanting a bit more. The story could have benefited from stronger conflict, and the happily-ever-after arrived a little too quickly for my taste. I wanted to sit in the tension just a bit longer before everything wrapped up.
Overall, if you’re looking for a happy, sweet, low-stress romance, this book is a solid pick. It also does a great job setting up the next installment—Nathan and Adriadne’s story—which I’m especially excited to read.
Things I loved: • The writing and strong use of imagery • Tasteful spice • The FMC’s humor
Things I felt were missing: • More conflict • A slower path to the happily ever after
I was grateful to receive an ARC of One Infinity Together because I loved book one in the series (One Like Away).
Kira is the logical and quiet friend of the group who had her heart broken by her high school sweetheart, Landon. She has been muddling her way through the dating world, but never fully invested in anything because she couldn't connect with anyone the way she had with Landon. Landon's return to Chicago and pursuit of helping Kira find her happiness forces them together in numerous situations.
I enjoyed this book, but it is a very different pace from book one. This can be a normal thing in a series and I feel like it took time for me to feel connected to Kira and Landon. Even though Kira has a solid friend group, she still very much seems separated from them. I understand she is reserved and her relationship with her parents doesn't help the situation, but it almost made it difficult to connect with her as a reader. Once we finally get to see her start to do more for her and begin to question her ways of approaching and handling things, she became a much more relatable character.
Landon was sweet. He was insecure and didn't know where he fit and I appreciated his monologue and struggle. I love how he never really questioned Kira and always made sure things were at her pace.
One Infinity Together is a deeply emotional second-chance romance about timing, growth, and finding the courage to choose love again.
What stood out most to me was the emotional honesty of this story. The connection between Kira and Landon feels real, layered, and earned. Their relationship isn’t rushed or idealized instead, it unfolds with vulnerability, patience, and quiet intensity. The dual POV allows readers to fully experience both sides of their separation and reconnection, adding depth and authenticity to their journey.
The story excels in its quieter moments: shared memories, unspoken tension, and the slow rebuilding of trust. Rather than relying on dramatic twists, the emotional weight comes from internal conflict and honest communication, which makes the romance feel grounded and genuine.
While the pacing lingers slightly in the middle, this ultimately strengthens the emotional connection rather than detracting from it. By the end, the payoff feels satisfying and heartfelt.
Overall, One Infinity Together is a beautifully written, character-driven romance that will resonate strongly with readers who love emotionally rich, second-chance love stories. Highly recommended.
Thank you Becca for the opportunity to read this cozy, sweet (& a little spicy) romance book. I loved following Kira and Landon from the moment she realized he was back in town. Kira is living a very predictable, safe life. Landon is returning to help get the family business back on solid ground, but is feeling very unsettled in his own life. Is this a second chance scenario for these two or have each of their lives gone too far in different directions with the passing of time?
Their childhood friends to lovers story warmed my heart. The heartache they felt when their HS relationship ended was awful. The slow burn yearning, the connectedness, the unwavering support of these characters for one another is undeniable. I wanted even more of their story the moment the book ended.
This is the 2nd book in the Burrow Series, which is an interconnected standalone series. I read One Infinity Together without reading book 1, One Like Away. You can absolutely start with book 2, but as is the case with all series, the reader would gain more understanding of the characters from reading book 1 first. One Like Away is available now. One Infinity Together is available for pre-order and publishes on January 6, 2026.
One Infinity Away beautifully explores the idea of second chances at love while thoughtfully weaving in themes of self-love and self-care. Kira is logical, practical, and thrives on routine—but is she truly thriving? When her former high school love, Landon, moves back home, it stirs emotions that challenge her carefully structured life and ultimately set her on a new path toward rekindled love.
Landon returns to reopen his family’s diner after leaving town to grieve a profound loss. In an effort to quiet his pain, he throws himself into work—and unexpectedly, into reconnecting with Kira. I won’t say more, but this second book in the Burrows series does a wonderful job exploring self-growth, healing, and learning how to love oneself alongside loving another.
The story felt cozy and sweet, with several laugh-out-loud moments. The writing beautifully captured the complexity of both characters, their internal struggles, and the warmth of the setting. I truly loved their love—and the spice level was just right: enough to add heat without overshadowing the tenderness of their story.
Thank you again for the ARC. I’m very much looking forward to the next Burrows story (that ending was well played!).
ARC review The Burrow Series Antecdotal thoughts while reading (I do not read the author's blurb giving me book snippets. I like a completely neutral start to reading books.
Open door romance Kira, I agree with you. Doing a scary thing everyday is a bit (ok, A LOT) out of my comfort zone and I would NOT enjoy that! You have a VERY busy calendar. Landon grew up with Kira, lost touch it seems, left with a goodbye note... harsh Second chance romance? Is Landon going to find his way to the CCC?? Will he save the art program?? A family tragedy caused Landon to both leave and return. ..."a chance to rebuild" Kira, you deserve better than X Oh I see how this is going to go Landon. Landon, need an artist to customize Mason's Diner? Was there another note Kira never saw? Xavier...what did you do???? Oh Mom you did it didn't you?? $2 says you did. "Little tree" = "Grow slowly for yourself until one day, everyone notices." ❤️ Back to the kickball field, perfect. I feel you on rock climbing Kira. California!? NO!!!! Don't do it!! It's not worth it! Wahoo Kira!!
This book was such a beautiful read. Becca Fall has such a way with words and it is always a pleasure to read one of her stories. The FMC's journey is so heartfelt and emotional, full of ups and downs, misunderstandings, reconciliations, growth, leaps of faith and love. The found family and actual family are amazing, and play such an important role in her life. The MMC is such a likeable character throughout the entire book. It was almost impossible to be mad at him on the FMC's behalf at times. There were many funny moments in the book that had me laughing, lots of emotional exchanges and quiet, meaningful exchanges that really hit deeply. In the end, this book left me with a smile on my lips and a warm feeling in my chest. I loved the message it shared and would definitely recommend it :)
This was such an amazing second chance romance. The yearning in this book was just so well written. I personally love when you see the characters work through what drove them apart and work towards healing themselves and getting back together and this book did not disappoint.
We follow Kira and Landon who are childhood friends turn lovers until Landon leaves town and breaks Kira’s heart. Seven years later Landon is back and he’s making it his mission to ensure Kira is happy. Especially when that means supporting her dreams and working their way back together each other.
The slow burn was absolutely worth it. The romance and healing between the MMC and the FMC was so good.
Side note: I loved all the little snippets the author dropped about future books in the series. I can’t wait for the other books.
Thank you to the author for allowing me to receive an ARC of your novel.
One infinity together is infinitely funny, charming and the perfect cozy read to start the year off right. Thank you Becca Fall for ARC read, because I enjoyed this book SO MUCH. I was giggling, kicking my feet and just loving these characters! I felt the plot was really well paced, the relationship dynamic was believable and I was instantly hooked. Kira is an artist who only gets to express herself by volunteering, an escapism from the 9-5. Landon is the guy that broke her heart, and now he’s back. He’s rebuilding his family’s diner and is definitely not going to interfere with Kira’s life. Or at least try not to interfere. This novel is lighthearted, witty and fun, with unique characters a low to medium spice level (I’d say probably a 2-3/5) i thoroughly enjoyed this novel, and I need more! Excellent job Becca Fall, and I’m excited to see what’s next for this series!
One Infinity Together surprised me in the best way. What starts as a familiar second-chance romance quickly deepens into a story about grief, timing, and learning to choose yourself without giving up on love. Kira and Landon feel achingly real—their history heavy, their reunion messy, and their emotions beautifully unresolved. I especially loved how the book explores routine versus risk, and how creativity becomes both refuge and rebellion. The dual POV adds emotional weight, letting us sit inside misunderstandings instead of rushing past them. At times, the pacing leans introspective, but the payoff is worth it. This is a tender, thoughtful romance for late bloomers and anyone who’s ever felt “behind” in life.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
MC: Kira and Landon, First person dual POV, 4/5 stars
This story is filled with laugh out loud moments, personal growth, reconciliation, and of course a second chance at love. Landon is living with the shadow of his father, always comparing himself to his father. Kira is fighting to challenge herself and do hard things, she's fallen into a job that her parents think is safe and stable but her true passion is in the arts. I loved seeing them both help each other overcome their own insecurities and fight for each other.
Related books: The Burrow Series, this is Book 2. I did not read Book 1 Macey and Noah's "One Like Away" but definitely want to go back and I am looking forward to Book 3 Ariadne and Nathan's "One Glimpse Inside" (coming out in April 2026).
I received an ARC copy of the book and this is my honest review.
Cute Second Chance Story with Wonderful Friends as Found Family
This was a cute story although I admit I had a difficult time getting into it and liking / respecting Kira at the beginning and almost gave up on her and the book. But once Landon entered the book with his golden retriever energy I am glad that I stuck with it as both Landon and her friends helped her out of her shell (cave) ready to achieve her true potential and happiness as an artist and and in their second chance romance which was the "icing on the cake". I also enjoyed the banter and friendship of the "Burrow Bitches" as this book is part of a series but also works as a standalone - Enjoy!
I was sent an ARC by the author and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
I was fortunate enough to get an ARC of One Infinity Together and let me just say…..THIS BOOK IS AHHH-MAZING! I was intrigued by Kira in the first book, One Like Away, but this book just solidified in my heart the love I have for her and now Landon. Kira is my soul sister. I overthink everything also. I am constantly in my head about every little thing I say or do and it is so nice to see that represented here. Ugh and Landon! I just wanted to grab him and hug him when he started talking about living up to his dad’s character. These 2 will always have a special place in my heart right next to Macey and Noah. Thank you Becca for allowing me early access to this world and these characters you have created. I cannot WAIT for the next book!
I absolutely loved this sweet (and a little spicy!) contemporary romance.
The characters were such lovely, honest people and I was rooting for them all, both MCs and side characters from the start! This book was so wholesome in the best way. It was like sitting at Landon's diner eating pecan pie and listening to your best friends tell the story of how they fell in love!
It was just such a "nice" book that felt like a big warm hug. And yes, there was some conflict that kept you hooked, a jerk ex, a couple of misunderstandings, but everyone in this book was green flags, emotionally mature and it was just such a nice, heartwarming read!
I am so incredibly thankful that I had the opportunity to read this as an ARC! This story was a sweet second chance romance, with a small town feel to it, and I enjoyed getting to know the characters and learning about their family histories and dynamics and how that played into their back stories. I loved getting to see the character growth and their reconnection and the relationships they had with other characters as well. I really enjoyed reading this and can't wait to read the others in the series!
I met the fabulous friend group The Burrow Bitches in Book 1 of The Burrow Series 'One Like Away' and I couldn't wait to hear all of their stories and now we have book 2 🥳
Kira and Landon, childhood sweethearts getting a second chance at love ❤️
A super quick heartfelt fun read that will leave you happy and smiling.
Once again, thank you Becca for the opportunity to ARC read for you again and I can't wait to see who gets book 3 💕
I read this an ARC! This was a good read. I enjoyed the FMC and MMC. I like their banter. I throughly enjoyed doing something scary everyday. It brought so much growth to the characters. I loved the FMC’s friend group. It’s nice to see genuine female friendships in a book. Supporting one another not competing against one another. I think the spice could use some work. It felt a little adolescent at first.
This is such a cute and cozy book to read! Like a spicy Hallmark movie and I’m here for it. Only a couple spicy scenes, so up to you to decide what to do with that info. It’s a quick read and I enjoyed the character development of the main characters that happened in that time. I would’ve loved an epilogue from a year later, but maybe it’ll eventually be a bonus?! (Hint hint Becca Fall!) I’ll def be reading book 3 when it comes out bc I’m all kinds of intrigued about Ariadne and Nathan!
I read this as an ARC, and it was such a sweet second-chance romance. Kira and Landon were easy to root for, and I truly enjoyed both the FMC and MMC. Watching them reconnect and slowly find their way back to each other felt genuine and heartfelt. Becca Falls has a wonderful way of making readers believe in second chances!
This was such a cute second chance romance read. Landon and Kira were high school sweethearts who ended things with a lot of unfinished business. So when he moves back to town to re-open his family’s diner they reconnect. I loved that they both helped each other to achieve their dreams and figure out what was right for them. Thank you to Becca Fall and team for the ARC!
I love second chance romance bc we are not perfect people so we dont have perfect lives either so having trials is realistic and working through them is a normal. I loved how supportive he was of her dreams even when she hadn't realized them yet. I was furious of her mother though how dare she. but overall I liked it a lot.
