Hello fellow readers,
I begin as a paraprofessional and I wanted to learn as much as I could about the profession. I picked up this book on Amazon for about 20 dollars and I can say it was a great purchase. This book is in a great easy to read format and is very informative. I highly recommend this book for paraprofessionals, teachers, and parents of students with special needs alike. This book provides helpful examples of students with special needs and different strategies to support their specific needs. I cannot emphasize how helpful this book is for paraprofessionals.

It is a good book for para professionals, but wish it had more diversity in their examples.

Some outdated practices (I.e. learning styles), but overall a wonderful resource for anyone entering into the profession.
