This book will enlighten you about the level of management innovation in your company. Moreover this book is a wonderful reference for those interested in understanding the status of management practices in their organization. You will probably discover that your company is not as innovative as you think, bringing well-known already-implemented-elsewhere management principles. My personal opinion is that the number of successful known disruptive innovations is limited because, while people, not only managers, are innovative enough, companies fail to identify opportunities and, even so, fail to implement great principles by being impatient.
