Eve Tellus had been told her entire life what it meant to be a beta. Despite wishing to one day have a pack, she knew it was unlikely given her designation. That is, until she finds a new job with the Wilder Pack.
Atlas, Everett, and Oaks Wilder aren’t a normal pack. They break every stereotype, ignore biological designation rules, and even more strangely, they’re willing to court Eve, a beta.
Just when Eve thinks she might accept their offer, she learns that she’s being charged for omega harm. It’s a lie, but if she loses this case, Eve won’t just be facing jail time, she’ll be blocked from ever joining a pack with an omega.
Now she has to Leave behind the Wilder Pack or fight for them.
What a generous and heartfelt story. Josephine Light brings something refreshing to the Omegaverse world by focusing on emotional depth and self-discovery. I truly connected with Eve’s longing to belong and to have something that feels uniquely hers. Her vulnerability and growth were so relatable—many of her reactions mirrored my own thoughts in similar moments.
Eve is a beautifully written lead, and her dynamic with the male leads felt both enticing and compelling. I appreciated how the author explored orientation (sexually and in terms of designation) and attraction in a way that enhanced the overall intimacy of the story.
The pacing was excellent, with a natural build of tension, emotion, and resolution that made the a solid HFN. This is a story that lingers—a romance that honors both connection and becoming.

I really enjoyed this book because it brought a different look at the Omegaverse designations. The pack that falls for her is the Omega Atlas, Alpha Oaks and the lead Alpha Everette. I loved how Atlas wanted to live his life his way and by the standard that others went by. He was rough, possessive, worked outside the home, loving, and so much more. The Alphas were the same way. They wanted her within their pack even though she was a Beta. She came from a family of Alphas and Omegas with her being the only Beta. I didn't care of her family but hey you might feel different. She was strong and stood up for what she believed in. She had good friends, and they were also part of great packs. Hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

This is another fab addition to the series and I love the idea of a beta gal fitting in with a pack. Omega Atlas, and Alphas Everette and Oaks were more than willing to court Eve and I loved seeing them find their way together. Of course, nothing is simple for them and they are challenged to fight for their love. Expect to feel the heat of their chemistry and all the drama of political biases that really made things hard for them... I love how strong she was and how she wasn't willing to walk away from her pack. Her growth throughout was wonderful. Her family, however, not so wonderful ;) I really enjoyed this one and look forward to what's next by this author :D
Eve and Everette have good chemistry and it shows throughout the book. Everette is everything that is normal with an alpha but he he has a gentle side. Eve is a beta which causes problems within their relationship. These characters have to fight through a lot of drama but together they don’t give up. Eve is a strong female main character who stands up for herself and has confidence in who she is. This was a good read and recommend it and the two books prior in the series as well.

I liked the premise of this books, and honestly I liked the book.
I loved the beta wins storyline (sometimes I get a little tired of the instant omega love at first smell trope), but it read like she was an omega; which I’m ok with.
I did like all of the characters and the relationship growth of them.
It’s a 3 star for me because of the ending. Like what? It felt abrupt and I thought it was a standalone, but it left the story hanging.
If this is a duet or a series then forgive me for the 3 stars.
This book was so enchanting. I loved the interactions with Eve and her new pack. It was also great to see Eve change from someone who accepted her role in society to become her authentic self. She also started to believe she could make a difference in other people's lives and protect them. The best part of this book was the dynamic within the pack and the love that grew between each member. I highly recommend this book to all Omegaverse RH romance readers.

This is a story of how Eve a beta among her family of alphas and omegas, finds her pack but has to fight and grow to keep them. And the meet will be there with her every step of the way. A good drama packed, chemistry induced story with them getting their hea.
