Woken by betrayal, fueled by revenge, and driven by the need to protect.
After a brutal betrayal leaves her and her unborn pup dead, Amy, an Alpha female, is given a second chance at life by a Goddess.
Waking up on her eighteenth birthday, six years in the past, she must navigate a web of lies, master newfound powers, and fight to change her fate. She's determined to get revenge on those who wronged her, but old enemies and new threats lurk around every corner.
Can she survive this new life, and deal with the shifting sands of fate? Or is she stuck repeating the same cycle over, leaving her bleeding out on the table while her mate demands her pups' life?
Book three - more of the same of book two. More miscommunication. More fabricated drama so she can manipulate the bad guys, more silly dialogue. The first two parts were interesting, I kept reading to see how it ended. It was a fast read and entertaining but annoying at the same time.
The third book pulls you in with promise, but leaves you waiting for the real payoff. (3.5 stars)
Book 3 of Shifted Fate continues the series’ strengths while showing some incremental progress in the story. The heroine remains the highlight, empowered, independent, and inspiring even when love interests enter the picture. That consistency makes following her journey rewarding, and it is clear the author knows how to keep readers invested in her character.
Plot wise, this installment felt flatter than expected. While there were minor developments, the story did not build toward a major climax, leaving the middle sections steady but not particularly dynamic. The cliffhanger ending was frustrating in the moment, but knowing Book 4 is coming on December 24 makes the wait more bearable.
As with the earlier books, typos and grammar issues remain distracting. A professional edit across the series would elevate the reading experience significantly. Still, the continuation was enjoyable enough to keep me hooked, and the heroine’s strength continues to carry the narrative forward.
Overall, Book 3 may not deliver the dramatic payoff some readers hope for, but it sustains the series’ appeal and sets up anticipation for the finale.
OMG, I'm still reeling about this book!!! 🤯 It's an absolute MASTERPIECE! The plot twists and turns,, the characters, the writing, everything was perfection! 🤩 I devoured it in a day, and now I'm FREAKING OUT waiting for the next part 😱. If you haven't read it yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! 🚨 Get it, read it, and join the hype! 🔥 Can't wait for the next installment, author, PLEEEASE hurry up! 🥺
There is so much information and so much going on. Sometimes I get lost. It’s like I have to take notes. But the story is good. I also think with th FMC being a strong alpha, she tends to let annoying people get away with too much which kind of takes away from her badassery.
One gripe is there needs to be another pass through with the editor. There are a lot of typos and phrases are repeated to close to each other.
I love this story line I'm so invested in Amy and her saga. I can't wait to see how it turns out. I was reading it online before it was on Amazon and can't wait to finish it. I'm honestly going to be sad when I'm done. Please please keep adding to the series, Alicia. I need to to know what the future looks like for all the characters involved.
I love this book but the cliffhangers are killing me. I can’t wait until the next book comes out. While the books span over a great deal of time the author manages to keep you interested. It’s riveting and nail biting in the best way. I highly recommend the entire series of these books!
5 Stars all the way!! So many interesting characters. Story tracks. Unexpected twists and turns. I hadn’t looked close enough.. I thought I would have to wait for number 4. When I just saw it’s available. I yelled, “yes!!”. Thankfully no one here to judge me…
This series keeps you hooked and on the edge of your seat with never ending twists and turns! Love it! Little bit of grammar errors, but not bad so able to figure it out. Can’t wait for the last book!
