I enjoyed reading this spiritual awakening book. It's not like your typical spiritual awakening. This book had some very good insight on things.
The trauma is a portal for intuitive healing, not a life sentence. I found this very helpful and thought it had some good insight on trauma.
I wouldn't say this book is life changing, but it had some really good information! I would recommend reading this if this is the type of read you're looking for.
