Fascinating history of the founders of Premier Designs and its beginnings. Premier is a direct selling jewelry company. I loved the company's dogged loyalty to serving mankind, whether through the lives of its jewelers, or supporting missions around the world. It's refreshing to find a company not built to line the upper executives pockets, but to truly give back.

I've been a part of Premier Designs since the early 2000s when I started buying the jewelry. Today, I'm a builder with the company. This is the first time I read our founder's words and I'm happy to say, I get it.

On August 22, I joined the Premier Designs family. Soon after, I received this book from Premier and speedily read it to learn more about the company and its founders. While reading this book, I felt thrilled and humbled to work with this company. I appreciate Andy and Joan's heritage and how they obeyed God in what could have been their retirement years. I also appreciate that the book's tone is conversational, very much like Andy speaks. I hope to read this book annually to remember who I work with and to remember the wisdom recorded herein.

I particularly appreciate that Premier Designs was founded on biblical principles such as integrity and service, that Premier has been faithful to their purpose, philosophy, and objectives, and that Premier supports missionaries in the U.S. and abroad. When I attended National Rally in July, I witnessed that the words written in this book are genuine; this is who Premier is.

when i joined premier designs i was sent this book- the story of premier designs. ive been feeling a little lost in my business and thought this would be a great time to read the book. my first of the new year- new decade, and to get me on track. it really did this. such an inspiring story- how andy got his start as a poor irish boy who has now accomplished the american dream- and is helping millions of others to do so. this was such an uplifting story and i am so very proud to be a part of an honest, positive, inspiring company!
