Luca Rapelli was born and raised in Italy, in a small town surrounded by mountains where the sky always seemed close enough to touch. After years spent working in the skies as a flight attendant, he turned the endless departures, layovers, and encounters with strangers into stories about belonging, courage, and the beauty of starting over.
Passionate about words, travel, and human connections, Luca writes to capture the fragile and powerful moments that define who we are — the ones that happen between arrivals and goodbyes. Where the Sky Begins is his debut book, inspired by real fragments of life, love, and change.
He currently lives in Dubai, but still believes that home is wherever someone is waiting for you.
