I really struggled with this book. The first 30% i was really invested, intrigued and wanting to read more. Then I just couldn't get through the middle of the book. Nearly dnf, but pushed through to the end.

I absolutely love the way Hazel Ward writes. Her characters are clever and well thought out, they weave their way through all the books. The storytelling never fails to captivate.
