I've been tutoring Algebra classes for about three years now, and this is one of the best Intermediate Algebra text books I've come across. Clear examples, good exercises, and not overly elaborate in text.

I would recommend this to anyone looking to learn the basics or as a reference to refresh in upper division classes concepts they might not have used in several years.
