Finding heroes and villains is easy - capturing their essence in a story is harder.
Eloise thrives on creating characters that make you want to reach into the book and shake them, hug them or arrest them. Her children's books follow real life trends told through easy stories that face bullying or social issues which open children's minds to the opportunity to question the world around them.
With the few books written thus far, Eloise plans to capture more villains and weave more tales to inspire or frighten her readers (whichever is appropriate!). She will be publishing a few more stories in the coming months.

I liked this strange little story. It is told in the first person by the ghost of a woman who has pre-deceased her mother. She knows that her mother's time has come, but wants to make her last days more comfortable than the Grim Reaper has in his mind. She does her best to persuade him to be gentle.

More than that I cannot say, as this is a short story and I am already in danger of telling it all. I haven't given away more than you'll find in the first couple of pages though.

It is an imaginative piece of writing, with a very faint flavor of The Book Thief about it. You'll see what I mean if you read both.

It is slightly spoiled by the number of typos and tiny errors, which are a distraction, but I would recommend it as a quick read to any of my friends.

A ghostly spectre, a journey to forever... but it is all in the timing

A story began uniquely and once I had consumed her work she left me wanting more; Beautifully written. The writings of Eloise appear to be calling me and answering the call may be sooner than later. A good read.
