I felt that the book had several good ideas for self regulating, checking in with yourself, and creating routines/spaces that work for neurodivergent individuals. I personally would have liked to know more about the science/theory behind it as I found everything incredibly superficial, but it could be argued that this was an intentional choice to make it a more approachable or accessible read.
