How is it that something so important is so easy to lose? By the time we realize we’ve lost it, it’s almost too late. Hope is arguably the third-most important element in the universe (second only to love and faith) yet its absence has the power to kill the other two with sniper accuracy. Hope is more than just a necessary ingredient to life; hope is a catalyst that sparks life. In this book, I share my story of discovering the secrets to finding hope.
This is a nice small book dealing with depression and hopelessness written from author's personal experience. It's not a book intended to read to collect information rather kind of workbook or something in-between.
I've read it now in a first round in a kind of overview in one go to see if I like it though I intend to work through it in a second round later. The first impression is a solid one though the information itself isn't really new to me but I felt it's 'knowledge' everyone dealing with that kind of trouble needs to read/hear over and over again until it becomes part of daily reality.
For now I give the book a four star rating though it can still change after a thorough second working round.
